The Cottonwood Cabin is a newly constructed cabin with two units that share a porch and common wall.
The larger unit is family-friendly and can sleep up to six people. It has a large bedroom with a king bed and sliding glass door access to the porch overlooking the prairie. Above the living room there is a sleeping loft with two full beds, as well as an elevated walkway with guardrails. It is also an excellent space for kids. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

Stayed Apr 17, 2024These cabins were perfect for our two kids and their families. We enjoyed being near Palo Duro Canyon, playing games and snacking at Sad Monkey Mercantile, eating out in Canyon, anf playing in the handicapped accessible park. Everyone loved our stay

Stayed Aug 1, 2025The Cottonwood was perfect for our son and his groomsmen. The cabin is spacious and was extremely comfortable for everyone. The proximity to Sad Monkey and the Mack Dick Pavilion was perfect as well. Tracy and her family are some of the best people we have rented from and we would readily do it again!
