'The Cliffrose Cabin' - Hike, Relax, Explore!

Fantastic house that needs just a few touches to be perfect. House was in a great and quiet location. There's a cat that will be around you anytime you are outside, but seemed friendly enough. The best thing is the steam shower and large jacuzzi bath tub, perfect for after those long days of hiking. Did find many areas with piles of dead bugs (window sills, behind sinks, etc) that need to be addressed, and various other areas that hadn't been wiped/cleaned. Also a little weird that there is a clear window in the bathroom without a curtain that looks directly at a neighbor from the shower. Host does require a lot of cleanup before leaving, making the 195 cleaning fee feel like a cash grab. If I'm paying 195, I shouldn't have to do anything to clean prior to my departure and the home should be spotless when I arrive.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very safe. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. There is a neighborhood cat that comes around a lot. Very friendly and loved attention--which we gave her lots of! The location is great--close to two national parks. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I loved it. This cabin was centrally located near many of the National Parks, and Kanab downtown, yet just the right distance away from all the crowds. This cabin is great for hikers and adventurers alike; it boasts a jacuzzi tub and a large steam shower with three shower heads, and 2.5 baths great for after those long hikes, the 2.5 baths were also a plus.

This is the absolute best place to stay for hikers and adventurers. This place is close to the National Parks and it even boasts a massive shower with steam shower option, and a jacuzzi tub, great for after those long hikes.

Very nice open kitchen, dinning and living room area. Deck was enjoyable morning and late evenings. Shower in the master bedroom was great. Everything seemed to be clean.

Very nice log ranch. We felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay perfect.

Airy entrance and room then leads to a nice master bedroom, but best of all is a bathroom to die for. Between the large 2 person jacuzzi to the steam room / shower, we were always very relaxed. Outdoor porch is a plus facing north to many red mesas.

Excellent for families with small children. 2nd bedroom not set up for older adults..

This place was so special! The fireplace was great and very cozy! They had thought of everything and had soap and shampoo in all showers. The master bath was amazing! They even had robes for us. We will stay here again!

Nice place met all our needs, quite neighborhood and close to town. The place came with a friendly cat that liked to hang out on the back porch.

The cabin was very nice. The attention to detail was evident. One thing to know that we found out was that there is a neighborhood cat that has adopted the property and spends all day on the porches of the home and will enter the home if you are not careful with the doors.

Soooo, the reason i give 3 stars over all is there are a couple things needing fixed. The railing on the porch was VERY poorly installed. That thing could fall over with someone just leaning on it. And its a good 10 ft drop...... the door to the porch was broken. Could only open it from the outside.. this place has a complete downstairs that was not listed and only found out its off lomits after we arived. You can not park in the garage...

Kanab was a great place to stay for our family while visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. The Cliffrose Cabin was beautiful on the inside and exceeded our expectations with all of the thoughtful items throughout. The views from the deck were spectacular and a great place for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Definitely recommend!
