Stayed Jun 24, 2020We had so much fun at this property. Between the hot tub, fire pit, lovely beautiful view/walkway to the creek. We totally relaxed and enjoyed our 5 days here. Multiple times we woke up in the morning to see deer just at the end of the driveway. Communication was great with the property manager. The cabin was clean when we arrived and we felt completely safe with the cleaning standards. The pictures of this place don’t do it justice we were so surprised when we got there with how spacious the whole place is. We all had ample privacy between couples and more than enough kitchen room/counter space to cook and have fun. Would definitely look to book again!

Stayed Mar 14, 2020It was not one of my favorites, that’s for sure. We were locked out from having heat above 62*for almost 3 days. The weather was rainy and cold in the low 50’s in the day. We made several calls, and 2 stops at Cuddle up ( rental Co. ) before someone came to help. We were told that yes it locked us out at 62*. There are electrical problems in this cabin. Fuses were blowing every time we used more than one thing at a time. There was no heat in the lower level. Although I’m not sure exactly who’s fault this is Cuddle up rental Co. was aware of the problem, according to maintenance worker who came to fix our lock out on heat. Or if it’s the owner who may or may not be aware of this issue. Trash cans outside were extremely full. We had to call to have the cans emptied. I do not know when the cabin was last rented before us. However, it was broom clean but shower curtains were water stained brown especially in the lower bathroom. The towels supplied were ample for sure but they seemed like they were sitting around somewhere for a while. Definitely not fresh, I washed before using them. Although I did not wash the quilts they also were not fresh at all they smelled musty and looked like they were not clean. The ad said there was a trail to walk on to the water but 50 yards does not make a trail, it advertised that a kayak/ canoe was available it was not. It advertised a dart board there was none. The stairs to the lower level are steep and narrow with one step that was a different height poor lighting made it difficult to see. As a result I feel down those last 3 steps, and got ? hurt. Nope won’t like to stay there again. Bad week with the virus ? nothing open and could not cancel at short notice.

Stayed Feb 21, 2020The cabin is located in a great area, not hard to get to and very secluded from other people. It was clean and had all the amenities you could want. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Stayed Dec 31, 2019We enjoyed our stay. It was so nice to see that the cabin was still decorated beatiful for Christmas. The weather was not the best we only had one nice day without rain but the cabin offers plenty to keep a family entertained and enjoying each other. Thanks for sharing your beautiful cabin with my family. A perfect place for some relaxation and quietness.

Stayed Nov 3, 2019We absolutely LOVED our time at Sweetwater The added touches of seasonal decor really made us feel at home. It was roomy and so beautiful! we truly appreciated the wood that was provided for the cabin. The location was great! Just a short drive to everything, especially Blue Ridge. Home away from home!!

Stayed Jun 10, 2019A nice place to stay. Just a few small adjustments needed. Too many chemicals in the hot tub, we were almost asphyxiated. Could use a microwave downstairs. Fix the driveway and level a spot to park. Too many rules posted throughout the whole house by Cuddle Up Cabins.
