Table had crumbs on it. Saw a mice, reported it to number I was told to report stuff too. Was treated like I made it up and like I was an idiot.First ask me to send a picture of the mice???? HOW so I sent a picture of the mice droppings! they then said that no one had ever reported seeing a mice and how AMAZING it was we saw one????? I am 66 years old and I would NOT lie about something like that. They did send ORKIN out and when I asked did they get the mice the answer was they think they did??? you either did or you didn't, simple yes or no answer. Should have said Orkin treated and laid a trap. Squeakiest BEDS we have EVER slept on!!!!!! This could be a NICE cabin IF it was updated and taken care of properly!!!

Nothing really majestic. Neighbors are very close. Got notification the day before that the hot tub was not functional. Downstairs bedroom had wet carpet, damp & stained bedding. Pretty rigid rules and had to bring our own toilet paper?? Would've expected more considering what we paid.

Not a preferred location bugs in condo electrical problems!!!

Had a few issues of the stove top not working right, hot tub never worked so wasn’t able to use it, washer casual cycle wouldn’t spin out so had to rewash the laundry and TV had issues in the living room!

The property was very nice

I found the cabin in great condition. The view includes a housing complex that I was not aware of yet still had a mountain view. A bear visited the inside of my car - broke arm rest and some scratches inside and outside, overnight, so I didn't get a picture- no other damage! BE SURE NOT TO LEAVE ANY FOOD IN YOUR CAR and lock your doors. Mine was locked however the man working on the cabin next to me informed me to move my key fob as far away from my vehicle as the bears open car doors if fob is too close to vehicle! The heating element of the outside hot tub hummed/made noise ALL night- not good for this light sleeper! Also, the cord on the downstairs bedroom TV was not working (per the maintenance man who came to fix it- had to order the part) so no TV in the downstairs bedroom the whole 3 days.OVERALL, I would stay here again as I had easy access to all we wanted to experience in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and the cabin was secluded well, with the above exceptions.

Cabin is easy to access from town. If you want distance from others, this cabin is not secluded. Very close in proximity to other cabins. The interior was nice. Kitchen very stocked. Great showers. Beds are very noisy! Could not roll over without waking up baby in room.

We had a great stay at this nice cabin. My 9 year old son loved the arcade games. Everything was clean and well stocked. The cabin is surrounded with other cabins. However, it was a short drive to Gatlinburg and grocery store which was very convenient.

This was the most beautiful cabin by far we have stayed ! It was warm n cozy ! And can’t wait to tell all our family and friends ! Thank you for allowing us to stay in this beautiful cabin

Wonderful experience, the cabin was the perfect beginning and end.

Pleasant stay. It could have been a bit cleaner and maybe some updates like the stove. But overall it was a wonderful trip. Would do again and definitely recommend.

We had a great vacation. Location is a plus. Down side was new houses block the view now.

Nice stay, had a 3 day football tournament at Rocky Top Sports World and it was the perfect location .
