Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the locked owners closet) via keypad entry.



Getting Around:

4WD is required during inclement weather. The roads are paved up to the cabin and the driveway is gravel.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in is at 4 pm

Check-out is at 10 am



Please note, to book this listing you must be over 21 years old





- No pets allowed please.

- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors.



-Parking in driveway 3 cars max.

-Please note there are 3 cameras in the front door, driveway, and side of house.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.



NOTE: The use of the fireplace is limited to the months of October through March.
