Stayed Oct 15, 2025Perfect little cabin to get away in. Dog friendly. Beautiful sunset! Driveway is steep but we did fine when we went past and pulled back in. Will definitely stay there again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Cabin was comfortable for 4 people. We had 5 and it was a little tight. Would’ve like to have more room to spread out so you didn’t feel like you were on top of each other.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Host was awesome and very responsive. The cabin was very well stocked and cozy. Awesome that firewood was provided for both the inside fireplace and outside fire pit. Hottub was great. Kitchen was very well stocked. Two minor issues were the beds on the main floor were old, lumpy, and very firm. Also, 10:00am check-out is out of the norm.

Stayed May 3, 2025We had a great time at Cherry Log. Only thing I recommend is the cleanliness needs to be better as well as the upkeep of the outside of the cabin. Other than that it was a very good trip.

Stayed Jan 10, 2025We had a lovely stay at the cabin. The view of the mountains from the hot tub was great. The bed was cozy. They had firewood for us after we used up the wood we brought. I will probably go back. 10/10 would recommend.

Stayed Jun 23, 2024We originally booked this cabin to extend our weekend in Blue Ridge - the cabin we had booked was not available for the additional night. We were blown away by this place though, and want to return during the fall or winter. I would highly recommend traveling via car or small SUV if you have the choice between that and a truck. AWD would help, but is probably not necessary. The roads up this mountain are narrow and easier to navigate with a smaller vehicle. We were glad we chose the RAV over the Tundra. All in all, we would definitely come back! Thanks for sharing your cabin!

Stayed May 1, 2023The online photos will never do justice to this cabin or its views!! We were pleased with our online booking and AMAZED by what we actually walked into! The hosts provide many thoughtful details that made our stay so enjoyable. The location is perfect. There are so many activities in the nearby areas and yet it is so private that you would never know anyone else was around.
