Positioned at the end of the road, the cabin offers unparalleled privacy, with only the gentle breeze through the trees. The cabin's open concept kitchen, living, and dining area is perfect for group gatherings, featuring 30-foot floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking views of the surrounding pine trees.

Off the living room is a large game room full of windows! Entertainment options abound with a pool table, arcade game, and a covered patio equipped with a hot tub and outdoor TV. The firepit is the perfect spot for s'mores, surrounded by ample seating for your entire group PLUS we have a playground for all the kiddos!

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this property ensures super privacy, allowing you to unwind without any disturbances. Plus, it's centrally located – just 10 minutes from the lake and 5-10 minutes away from the vibrant Hochatown with its restaurants and shops.

Freedom and Whiskey is NOT pet friendly! A $300 fee will occur if a pet is found out.

If you are looking to book two cabins- check out our couples cabin The Loft right next door. If a part of your large group would like their own cabin- The Loft sleeps up to 4 and is perfect!

Other things to note:
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- ABSOLUTELY NO smoking *in* the home.
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $75 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
