Stayed Aug 13, 2021My family and I had a great time staying here, wish we had more than 2 nights! Pros: With 9 adults and 3 young kids, we loved the open living space to hang out in and the large indoor and outdoor dining tables that allowed us all to be together to eat our meals. The hot tub was a big hit too. The air conditioning was nice for the warm summer days and each of the 3 floors had a separate thermostat. The house looked just as shown in the photos. Just as a heads up, the only thing that was unclear from the online description was that the two 3rd floor bedrooms share the full bathroom Jack and Jill style (but there is also a half bath down the hall). Cons: When we went to bbq our first evening, we found that the propane tank was empty and couldn't use the bbq that night as we planned. I should have checked it when we arrived, but honestly the property managers should do that. I shouldn't have to do a home inspection on vacation when we are trying to relax and have a good time. They did come to replace the tank an hour or so after I called them. We also had some trouble with the ovens that first night (since bbqing was out). We couldn't get the oven doors to stay shut on either oven, but eventually got one to shut after taking out the oven rack. We called and they sent someone out to check them later that night, but they couldn't fix it. Some updating should definitely be done on those. The only other thing was that the carpet on the lower level was musty. It seemed like it had been recently cleaned and hadn't been dried properly. All in all, we loved staying here and would definitely come back!

Stayed Feb 19, 2021The house is great, it has even been updated since the pictures we saw when choosing it. The house is big, with lots of nice bedrooms and beds. The hot tub was also great to relax in after long days sledding on the huge hill in the backyard. The only inconveniences we experienced were with the management company running the property and even those were minor. For example we had to go to their offices before the property, even though the key was in a lockbox at the property. There was also some confusion with the time we left as apparently after we left someone parked in the driveway to use the sledding hill. Summary property great! Management company A- but still good.
