The second I walked into the property, I was greeted with a homey and lovely feel. The backyard/deck is well-set-up and designed for enjoyable relaxation. It is maintained well, and there are a variety of different chairs and seating arrangements. The lawn and firepit are clean and friendly for all different types of guests. A perfect yard for a perfect getaway! The kitchen is stocked with all of the appliances and amenities that one could want, including a stove, oven, and dishwasher. Clean and well-upkept, we were able to use it with ease and navigate everything. Breakfast is a make-your-own waffle bar, which is very nice for someone looking to have their own space on vacation while also enjoying the amenities of a hotel! The rooms were clean and very cozy. plenty of space for clothes, suitcases, etc. The beds were high-quality, and the linens were soft and comfortable! If anyone in the party is allergic to down, there are multiple types of pillows, so everything is provided. Fans are in the rooms, and temperature control is easy to navigate. The bathroom was very nice and well-stocked, including shampoo and conditioner! Towels were plentiful and very good quality. The main room was lovely, and there was so much provided to guests. We adored the games and the open space! Again, temperature control was easy and effective. Furniture was beautiful and of high quality. Overall, this stay exceeded my expectations, and I will be booking again if ever I'm in the area again!

This 2-bed, 1-bath is a perfect spot to ski at White Pass. Close enough to WP and Packwood's restaurants, it was well appointed right down to the provided ski boot and ski glove dryers! A great host communicated regularly and was helpful when needed. Will stay here again when skiing WP.

Had a lovely time at this beautiful cabin! Came with all the amenities you’d need, had a ton of games, and fun bonus with the Pac-Man machine inside as well. The Roku TVs were also user friendly to use making relaxation easy. Very close to the town as well and cute little neighborhood to walk around. Loved this little cozy getaway!

The amenities and surrounding scenery were breathtaking — gorgeous inside and out. We truly appreciated the cozy yet modern decor, super comfortable rooms, and the peaceful vibe throughout the property. I know this spot is a go-to for ski season, but it was also perfect for our summer hiking trip to Mt. Rainier. It made a great home base to unwind after long trail days. The attention to detail really stood out. Thank you so much — we’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it to others year-round!

This was the first time our family visited Packwood and it won't be the last. The town was cute and family-friendly. Plus the property was great! Our son loved making Mickey Mouse waffles on the waffle maker, playing in the backyard, and exploring the town. The fire pit was great for relaxing and making s'mores. The host was great with communication and everything was wonderful. Can't wait to visit again.

We stayed at Darla's property for 4 nights. She was incredibly responsive to communications, and gracious, as we had to adjust our arrival date and time, and then were so relaxed we decided to stay an extra night! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook our own meals. The beds were comfy and the towels plush! I had asked in advance about fragrances (in laundry detergent, soap, etc) and Darla checked with the cleaner to confirm what products were being used. I'm highly sensitive so brought my own sheets and soap/detergent, but what was on hand would be fine for most people (Dawn dish soap, Mrs Meyers hand soap, and arm & hammer free laundry detergent). We enjoyed the variety of board games and the old school arcade game, the ambiance of the gas fireplace, and the raw edge wood design throughout the home. The back yard was nice for some privacy in nature, with a big fire pit and stocked wood shed. Took a few great walks at nearby skate creek. We have stayed on a handful of other rentals in Packwood, and this is one I would definitely return to! Perfect for two of us to stretch out in our own queen beds for vacation. Would work for 2 couples or a family with 1-2 kids. Highly recommend! to stay an extra nigh! night.

Great little cabin with everything we needed. Was very cozy and close to hiking options, Rainier, and town. The grocery store is town is sparse and pricey so definitely come prepared (our host did inform us of this!). The back deck and yard were nice and relaxing. Cabin is in a neighborhood which I didn’t realize before booking but didn’t have an issue with. Host was very quick to reply and helpful.

This was such a lovely home. Pots and pans were in wonderful condition, plenty of dishes and utensils all immaculately organized. Everything was easy to find. Speaking of ease of use, all the light switches were labeled so there was no guess what turns on what. That was such a nice bonus. The arcade machine in the living room provided my boys hours of fun when were were just relaxing on the property. There was a dog care basket with poop bags and bowls, blankets. I would definitely come back with the family again. This was a lively experience.
