The house is amazing!! The views to die for !! We felt at home instantly !! TAKE THE RECOMMENDATION OF A 4x4 seriously.. The “Road” up to the cabin is over 3 miles long, is mostly dirt with some nasty 180 degree switch backs, and steep hills to climb. I think any vehicle with some ground clearance should not have much of an issue as long as you take your time, but if you drive a low car.. think twice. The trip up is worth it though, as we can not possibly speak highly enough of this house.

Cabin runs primarily on gas. The appliances were in poor repair and we arrived to a dangerous gas leak.

This house was perfect and exactly what I wanted for a small relaxing getaway. The house was very clean and cozy and had everything we needed including amazing views! Peter and the team with Morning Breeze Cabin Rentals were very helpful and responded quickly whenever we reached out. I would love to stay here again in the future.

We rented this property for a long weekend away. In booking the property we noticed that one of the reviews said it was steep drive. Given we had stayed in the mountains before we didn't think this was a big deal. BIG word of caution, if you don't have 4WD or all wheel drive, don't stay here. There were big ruts in the road and the final climb up to the property is no joke. It was raining during our drive up and our tires were struggling to maintain traction on the road.Giving it a higher review because it was peaceful and the hot tub was nice. When we checked in and opened the door there was an offputting odor. Also, a little disappointed in the property management company. We went to leave on Monday and the only road in and out of the neighborhood was blocked because they were repaving. The kind gentleman who was blocking the road indicated that this had been communicated multiple times. It only delayed us for 30-45 minutes, but still an inconvenience.

The home is amazing and impeccably decorated, perfect for a true mountain experience. We lived in Colorado for a long time and this is the first place that we’ve stayed that could rival the natural beauty.

My wife had passed away 6 weeks before, and I needed a place of solitude that had a connection to nature. The location is isolated, the views are perfect, its quiet. The cabin is very clean and well-maintained. I came with just my dog and was provided with a dog bowl and bed for her, very thoughtful. Just what I needed to take a breath and consider life.

The cabin is cute, clean, and comfortable. Perfect for our anniversary getaway this year. Nice downstairs area also, we really enjoyed the air hockey and bar area one evening. The drive up the mountain can be intense, especially if you’re not used to mountain driving, and you will absolutely need a 4wd. Overall a great stay & we thoroughly enjoyed the cabin.

Drive is a few miles on hilly dirt roads but the view makes up for it. Don’t stay here if you plan to get out and see the town. Bring what you need for your trip and relax and enjoy the cabin.

The cabin is exactly as described, beautiful, clean, comfortable and amazing views. The drive to the cabin is challenging and not for the faint of heart! Overall we really enjoyed our time but Make sure you bring everything you need for the first night you will not want to go back down the mountains once you find the cabin.

Very roomy and comfortable cabin with all the advertised amenities. Host was very accommodating with questions about the fireplace. Beautiful sunrises and lovely sounds of the breeze in the trees. We enjoyed our vigorous walks in the neighborhood and the four wheel drive adventure up and down the mountain each day.

We had a great time enjoying the amazing view at this cabin. The cabin itself was cozy and the perfect size for our family + dog. We spent much of the weekend enjoying the view from the covered porch and hot tub. The porch really adds a second living space to the property. And we loved the basement area with additional living room and air hockey table. We will definitely be back! A few things that should be addressed: the dishwasher wasn’t unloaded upon arrival. In addition, the kitchen needs to be cleaned and re-organized. Everything is jammed in the cabinets in messy piles. The potholders need to be replaced asap - they are so old and thin that they don’t work. There wasn’t hand soap in any restroom, just bar “face soap.” Lastly, none of the bedrooms have alarm clocks / clocks. The drive up the mountain is not for the faint of heart! From the start of the neighborhood to this property is 20 minutes on unpaved roads. Make sure you come in an SUV, truck or other vehicle with 4x4. We thought it added to the fun weekend! An added adventure!

The property was perfect. With it being 2 stories, and a second living room downstairs, my 16 year old was able to have a space entirely for himself. The cabin was very cute. The road up the mountain was pretty rough but the views from the deck made the trek up worth it!! Would higgly recommend.worth ever
