First of all our property manager, Kent was the best he kept in constant contact with us to see if we needed anything that everything was fine with the resort even after my vacation I still have questions. He was very prompt to get back with me. Cannot say enough about the property manager, Kent, the property a little dated, but it was a new acquire the beds. Excellent they were the best location, fantastic quiet very safe couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Very nice cozy feeling, with a extremely quick to respond Host, didn't have to wait more than a minute for any of my questions anytime I asked anything.

The beds were super comfortable and the cabin was clean and spacious, and smelled good. I enjoyed the comfortable sectional and the large living room tv. The kitchen is well equipped. The air condition worked great! The arcade area was so much fun! Plenty of towels and blankets! The jacuzzi bathtubs were also top notch! The only thing that you should be aware of when renting this is…..the roads are very winding to get to the cabin. If you are not comfortable driving 10-15 minutes up a mountain this is not for you. I personally really enjoyed it and the peace and quiet. It took us 28 minutes to get to Dollywood from the cabin for reference! We throughly enjoyed our stay.

This was a great property for our family and we were able to bring our St.Bernard and Chihuahua! We always go for pet friendly rentals as they are our family too. Kent was very responsive to all messages and the entire process from booking to check out was a breeze. The house was plenty big enough to accommodate 4 adults, 2 children, and two dogs. We only used the hot tub once because the weather was a lot colder than we originally thought. The house has plenty of hot water and great views of the surrounding woods. The dogs loved getting to walk up and down the road on their daily nature walks. The gameroom was perfect for keeping our boys entertained, we probably spent more time there than upstairs! Its definitely a quiet retreat and was a great vacation for our family. The cabins location is superb and close to literally everything! We enjoyed the national park and how close we were to just about everything. We will return for any future trips.

Our host, Kent, was very responsive to all of my emails. The house was super clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable that I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping on. The sheets were crisp and clean.We spent most of our time in the game room shooting pool and playing on the arcade games. All kitchen appliances were clean, and we had plenty counter space. We spent one evening making holiday candy.

To be honest the cabin is outdated and the heat didn’t keep the basement area warm , where two of the beds are. We were left with a dirty wash rag hanging on the shower. I fell down the slime covered stairs on the outside of the cabin. No treads very dangerous.

Hot tub wasn’t hot enough,

The cabin is beautiful and has so many amenities to enjoy. Great for a family vacation for all age groups. The host was very helpful and responsive. Perfectly located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!

The cabin was fine and the description was accurate. It was very clean but older. It was well maintained. If you are looking for a view, this probably isn't your cabin. If you are looking for privacy and to get away from it all you will love it. Kent was great. Easy to work with. Would work with him again.

Pet friendly is hard to find and we found that this cabin fit-the-bill for us. We had 5 adults and 2 dogs so the roominess and number of bedrooms was just what we were looking for. The quiet location tucked in the woods was perfect for walking the dogs with plenty of room. It was clean and had all the amenities as listed- WiFi worked great too. Kent was very responsive to our inquiries and questions. We would definitely book again on our next trip to the Smoky Mountains.

We had a great time at this cabin! Everything was as described in the listing. The cabin was very spacious with plenty of things to do. The property was in a great location with ample privacy. We even saw a bear!

Very private and very quiet location. Perfect home base close to all of the attractions. The kids loved the games and frequented the hot tub. We thought the house felt spacious and the large bedrooms were spread out nicely. We even used the community pool.

Our stay at this Gatlinburg cabin was wonderful. The property was clean and well maintained. The entertainment options were top-notch from the hot tub, plentiful televisions, and well-equipped game room. The cabin had the space and everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway a short distance to downtown Gatlinburg. The checkin process was easy and the host ensured our experience was smooth and enjoyable. We highly recommend property!

You wont be disappointed with this place. Kids had a great time in Gatlinburge and while at the cabin. Beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. We will definitely look for this place again when you come down.

Microwave was broken and the host sent one within an hour! Really great communication and the place was super nice! Kids loved the game room.

Wow! This cabin was perfect for our family of 8. There was plenty of cozy space to spread out and relax. The fireplace worked great and the game room made for some friendly family competition. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the items that we needed for preparing, serving, and enjoying meals. The hot tub was fabulous and it was a welcome experience after a day of hiking in the mountains. The decks gave us the ability to take in the beauty around us without even leaving the cabin. All beds were super comfy and there were plenty of towels.Getting to the cabin was easy. With our adult kids joining us, we had four cars which fit well into the driveway. The cabin felt very private and we liked feeling tucked into the back of the neighborhood.Excellent choice for us. We will be back!

Nice property located close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Everything was GREAT!! The pool table was a hit so do not bother in bringing electronics!!! So close to everything we want to do. It was SO clean. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!!!

The hostess was great (5 stars).. property was ok… there were few things we found, that I let manager know, as I don’t want to put it all on here again.. the pictures did the property justice. Was an ok place to stay, we’d deal wit Kent again tho.

This cabin has an excellent setup for families. The game room area on the main floor was perfect for kids to hang out (video games are a great touch!) while adults could hang out upstairs. We didn’t need it but they even have a high chair for traveling with little ones. When we arrived the hot tub had just been cleaned and freshly filled and was nice and hot by the evening. Very close to the Gatlinburg strip and an easy drive into Pigeon Forge. We had a bit of a problem signing into the TV but was super impressed with our host going way over and above getting us signed in- he even had to call customer support for Roku and was in constant contact until we got it figured out. We would definitely book here again and would recommend to friends and family! Excellent host, fantastic property!

From booking the property to check out Kent was nothing short of perfection. We had such an amazing time. You are right in the middle of pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin is in the middle of the woods which allows for a peaceful get away from all the hustle and bustle. We got food delivered to the door our last night which was great. We got to see bears every day of our trip if not at the cabin they were on the ride up and down the mountain. Thank you again Kent for everything our family from the littles to us and even the dogs had the trip of our lives and we have been coming to Gatlinburg for 7 years you are the best!

Everything was excellent. Adults were kids again, playing PAC-Man and billiards. The driveway was a little challenging, especially when backing out. But overall, everything was fantastic.

Cabin seems very outdated, and bugs came out of the bathtub jets when turned on. However, the location was nice and there was plenty of space for the 10 people in our family group. Everyone seemed to have a great time!

We had a great time . We've stayed in in the gaitlinburg area 4 times in the last 7 years this was the best time easy access to the house. we loved the views coming up the mountain. We will definitely use you again.in the coming summer vacations.

Everything was awesome. Only improvements i would make would be make driveway big enough to turn around on. It didnt make a difference but your gutters need cleaned before it rots your wood and on back deck, there is a couple boards getting weak.
