Summer Escape! 1.5 Miles-Dollywood; 2King Beds, Cabin Hot Tub, WiFi & Pool Table

We really enjoyed the location and the layout of the cabin. It was very clean and the host was super responsive

The house was very clean. Everything was great!! We couldn't have asked for a better cabin to stay in. All our needs were met with entertainment, kitchen, comfortable rooms and cleanliness. Best vacation yet.

Great place. It was clean and comfortable. It was just what we were looking for . It was nice to be in a gated community. That added a degree of security.

Cabin was well equipped. Everything we needed was supplied, even salt and pepper, which was a huge help. Kids enjoyed the game room. Location was fantastic. Our family of four had a great time.

We had a great time at the cabin! It was very clean and comfortable. They have everything you need to get started including plenty of towels, extra blankets & sheets and also kitchen supplies including spices. The location is great. You are outside of town where it is super peaceful but only minutes from Dollywood. The hot tub was heated up and ready to go the moment we got there. Both decks were wonderful with plenty of seating to sit outside and enjoy nature. Other cabins are close by but yet it still feels private. An added bonus was that we even got to see a bear roaming right outside the cabin one morning!

Our overall stay was very nice the location of the cabin is great no steep hills and tucked away behind Dollywood away from the main drag and hustle bustle of pigeon forge and gatlinburg but close enough to everything so it doesn’t take long to get to all the amenities the area has to offer. The view is woods (no grand view of the mountains) from the back decks and other cabins but you are not directly looking into other cabins. The cabin was clean and well appointed with tvs games hot tub pool table and other starter items that you need especially that first day after the long drive when settling in. We did have a bear sighting the last day mama bear with cubs they seemed to be used to all the people as everybody came out to check them out but they didn’t seem bothered by that. Overall great stay and would consider staying again.

Amy was extremely quick with responding to my questions before our stay. Cabin was as described. Be prepared to park on a pretty steep incline. We had a wonderful time! It is within 10 minutes of the shopping areas and Dollywood, which was perfect for us.

The cabin was perfect! It was clean, had a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils, and comfortable beds. The kids loved the gameroom. The fireplace was nice on the cold nights and so easy to use. The location is perfect, just a hop, skip, and jump to Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The cabin was clean and easy to locate. We loved all of the games and the cozy decor. The host has very clear instructions for check in and check out.

We had a great stay here! Comfortable beds and furniture and cute bear decor, as well as a special Christmas tree! Everything was in working order and clean. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Pigeon Forge in the future. Thank you!

This cabin was perfect for our family. It was such a cozy place. The hot tub and pool table was definitely a plus for us. It’s right by Dollywood and not far from Gatlinburg. Will definitely keep this one our list of ones to go back to.

We had a wonderful time and took in a lot of local sights! The weather was gorgeous.

We loved Black Bear Retreat. Perfect location minutes from Dollywood parking. We did two days of Dollywood rides & attractions. Lots of great family memories. The cabin is just as advertised. Hot tub was so nice after hiking in SMNP. We like to cook a lot of our own food, so were grateful to find that the kitchen was very well equipped. We even used the provided crockpot liners for a post-hiking slow cooker dinner. Our kids enjoyed all the games in the downstairs room (pool, arcade game, foosball and several provided board games/puzzles). The half washer/dryer was nice for washing hiking clothes. Gas fireplace was very cozy on chilly evenings. Extras of everything were provided— toilet paper, dishwasher pods, shampoo & conditioner, etc. Gracious hosts who went above and beyond to equip the cabin with all the necessities — can’t go wrong with this retreat!! Great location and fantastic accommodations for a sweet family getaway.

One of the most cleanest cabins I have ever stayed at in this area. Communication was 5 stars and just everything about this cabin was amazing. Would stay here again. If you want to do Dollywood… this is your place

The communication, the check in process and cleanliness of the property along with the games, hot tub and the layout of the cabin were great. We would definitely stay here again!

We found the cabin very clean and cozy and the kids loved the game room. There were plenty of extra blankets and dishes for cooking. Although the resort pool was closed for most of our stay, we were kept informed of the status and the communication was EXCELLENT. They definitely went above and beyond.

We stayed for our son’s baseball tournament, with another family. Two boys and 4 adults and it was perfect. We played pool and the other games to pass the time. The Little’s were easy to work with, always communicative and an all around great experience.

This cabin was perfect for our family’s week in Pigeon Forge for the Cal Ripken experience. The neighborhood was great and the entire team stayed in cabins throughout the resort. Even with so many cabins available, the back porch looked into the wilderness and offered a quiet, private setting.

This was a fantastic rental cabin. Very well maintain and the game room was great for downtime. Also has to have the cleanest host tub I have ever seen. I would highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay here, so much so that we have already booked our next stay. Our family had room to spread out and the kids loved the game room. We also liked that it was located near most things we love.
