Stayed Feb 15, 2025Nice, quaint little cabin. Good location in regard to bear mountain and the village. Not a lot of seating in the cabin due to no chairs(only backless stools) and 1 small sofa. All the soap dispensers in the shower were completely empty and we could not find any wash cloths-which was inconvenient. All in all a nice place to stay and a good value.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoyed our stay at this cute Yoda, Star Wars themed cabin. So thoughtfully decorated and equipped. Lots of great little touches. Nice kitchen and appliances, comfortable furniture and beds, large deck with BBQ and dining table. Huge, level yard with plenty of parking and room for corn hole and other games. Also, lots of mature pine trees for shade. Located on Maple Lane which is the main street through Sugar Loaf, so there is some road noise, but the house is set back from the roadway making it feel very private. Would stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall it was a nice stay, but it was very much overpriced for what the cabin offers considering its size and location on the outskirts of Big Bear (12/15 mins drive to the Village). The living room, kitchen and downstairs bathroom are all small and not adequate for a group of three or more if you want to cook together or relax as a group in the living room. The main heater worked great and the fire place was nice to have. The upstairs room heater is a nice touch. It is a quiet area. Communication with Evolve was great. Ashley was very responsive and very helpful throughout my stay. However, many small details appear to have been completely overlooked during the last clean-up / prep of the house before my stay: the trashcans outside were full and overflowing upon my arrival, no sponge to be found in the kitchen, no body wash in the shower dispenser, no hand soap in the upstairs bathroom, empty jars labeled “coffee” and “tea”, and more... Unfortunately, all this combined with a lengthy to-do list required for check-out adds up to not justifying the cost I paid for this stay.
