Overall a very nice property. However, kitchen needs a few items…both refrigerators are missing drawers, both can openers were broken, lack of serving platters and bowls as well as storage containers. Showers lacked any place for soap or shampoo and should provide more than one towel per person.Sound system for movie theater needs fixing..set on so loud couldn’t be adjusted so not able to use.

Beautiful place with beautiful views. Very spacious. This place has all the amenities. The only thing I could recommend is providing guests with a few more bath towels. One per person just isn’t enough even with a washer and dryer. Overall 10/10 experience.

This property was very spacious and was great for our large family.We had some very late nights talking and playing cards; however, the noise did not bother the toddlers who were sleeping upstairs.It was very hot during our stay and there was a problem with the air conditioner upstairs. We made a phone call and the problem was addressed.We did have a few minor items and/or suggestions that we felt needed to be addressed and submitted that list to AvantStay. We were assured that these issues would be investigated. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Sugarland!

I was very pleased with the condition and location of the property, especially because it was just as the photos depicted! Having 10 identical king bedrooms with bathrooms was perfect. The two other bedrooms with bathrooms had two queen bunkbeds. The beds were very comfortable and sheets and comforters were good quality. The large kitchen was more than adequate for the group. We had three temporarily handicapped people with scooters/walkers so the walk-in front door access was a must as well as three bedrooms on that first level. Additionally, the outdoor porch on that first level allowed the whole family to flow in and out. A couple people used the pool, even though we did not heat it. It was fine. Views are gorgeous! There were no homes blocking our views. There were just a couple negatives: The couches are in ok condition to look at but sitting is another issue! Even for average size person, getting out was a real challenge, almost impossible for the older! The kitchen was well-stocked. Lots of Corelle in good shape. Great hot water. We did have trouble with air conditioning in two of the upstairs bedrooms on the second day of our stay. I notified management and they were willing to come out but we declined the inconvenience. One couple transferred to an empty room and the other used a room air conditioner that was on the premises. Overall, the whole group was very pleased with our stay!

House is just as described. Views are STUNNING! You will never get tired of sitting on the porch, staring at the mountains for days. Sunsets were gorgeous. Steep driveway but level up top with lots of parking. One little hiccup and the owners were so quick to respond and fixed right away. It was nice to have the peace of mind that they were so on top of things, especially with 28 of us in the home! Each couple having their own king bed and bathroom was perfect, and then the kids all had queen bunks. Thank you for making our family reunion so great.

We had 17 fifteen year old girls and 15 moms and we loved every minute of our stay! The layout was great for this group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The views are incredible and the outdoor space was perfect. Any questions were quickly answered by the host and we had one small maintenance issue that was quickly and fully addressed as well. Overall, this is a fantastic house for large groups!!

Sugarland is beautiful. We had a total of 23 people in the home for just under a week, with ages ranging from 9 up to 63. There was something to keep everyone entertained, any time of the day. The kitchen was stocked so well with double appliances for large groups. The only thing we thought they were a little short on was glass wear. Just grab some solo cups at the grocery so you're not washing each time you use. The bedrooms were very comfortable and everyone having their own full bathroom was so nice. The hot tubs were great on the super cold evenings. Indoor pool was a favorite for the kids. The description to get to the home was spot on. The driveway up to the home is quite steep. If you're not comfortable with mountain roads, then you may want to find another property on lower ground. 10 out of 10 would come back again!!

It was an awesome house for our needs. When there was any issue that came up, the response time was excellent. We did find, however, that on the main floor the couches were very uncomfortable and very hard to sit in. The beds were very comfortable and overall the house was perfect.

Our stay was amazing. The property and views were beautiful. The house is spacious and great for large family gatherings. The house was a bit worn in some places (peeling paint in pool, scratches in floor and tables) but none of this interfered with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the proximity to town was perfect. Also the communication and attention to guests was spot on.

Sugarland was all we had hoped for; spacious very clean rooms, amazing outdoor view, wonderful pool and two hot tubs, well equipped kitchen, and very comfortable beds. We would have liked caddies in the showers and a kitchen sink disposal. My only 2 complaints were that the racing game didn’t work even after “repaired”, but the most upsetting for was we had only one working dishwasher as the other one was “inoperable” from the beginning and “needed replaced” per repairman but didn’t happen during our week so with 28 people eating we had lots of washing by hand. However, despite these inconveniences, we had the most wonderful, memorable, fantastic week in an incredible house at the top of the mountain with a spectacular view!

This property was spacious and adorable. Lots of bedrooms and spacious gathering places. We all enjoyed the house tremendously. What an awesome getaway with beautiful sunsets!

All 25 of us had an incredible time at the cabin for our second annual friends trip to Dollywood! It’s everything as described, would recommend it for sure.

House was gorgeous, it was just like the pics that were posted so that was a plus as you never know. The property people where always very quick at getting back with us or addressing any concerns/issues we had. Mostly the games (but I don't fault them at all for that), they needed to call in a specialist and did what they could to keep resetting them. It was nice that there was 2 of everything for such a big family. The kids/parents were in the pool and hot tub at some point every single day. Everyone can find something wrong with a house if they want to as it will never be perfect no matter what you pay but I truly have no complaints that would stop me from recommending this house to another family.
