Stayed Dec 5, 2024Very beautiful chalet. Very comfortable seating.easy access to cabin. Would have like a little more water pressure in showers. Majority of the beds were comfortable, 2 rooms could use a new top mattresses. You use more seating on balconies. Beautiful christmas tree. Overall, we had a great time and would stay here again when we come back to Tennessee. Thank you

Stayed Mar 18, 2024I had to leave a review considering how much my family enjoyed this cabin. We had children with various ages and the cabin was set up to where they were never bored. We really made memories for a lifetime there. Thank you.

Stayed Nov 23, 2023After we arrived, I specifically told you I have to check in at 12 because we’ve been driving for over 13 hours. That’s the agreement that we had. We waited outside for 3 1/2 hours before we could even get in after we get in place is freezing cold then we decide to cook on the grill, no gas Jacuzzi nasty very disappointed with you guys

Stayed Aug 31, 2023The property was really nice and accomodated 5 couples well. My only complaint is someone had a bowel movement in one of the bathrooms and clogged up the toilet, leaving us to resolve. This made for an unpleasant welcome upon arrival.
