Cozy, fun, and family friendly cabin. We really enjoyed our stay and our toddler loved the outside playground and exploring. The staircases inside the cabin are a bit treacherous for any young toddlers or anyone with difficulty getting around, but other than that it’s a perfect stay. We definitely loved our trip and it was made particularly special by this lovely cabin.

This home gets high stars. It was very clean, there were extra blankets & towels, and accessible cleaning supplies if needed. The kitchen has everything needed. The mattresses were just the right firmness. Thanks for a quality stay. Communication could be a bit better...and more.

The stay was pleasant. The stairs to the master suite were indeed very steep. Sheets on the downstairs bed were dirty and stripped on the first night. We could not find pot holders or kitchen towels to remove a hot dish from the oven. The mold in the shower might be reduced if the blocked exhaust vent was cleaned, although opening the bathroom window significantly helped. The living room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the deck (once we cleaned the table and chairs). Kira was very responsive, which was appreciated.

We had a great stay at this vacation rental. We were happy that the a/c and the smart tv worked well and there was plenty of towels. The grandchildren especially enjoyed it and had a lot of fun. Fly In Lake was wonderful for families with a sandy beach, shade trees, and picnic tables. Communication and information about the home including directions was very helpful. Only thing to be aware of is the steep stairs inside to 2 bedrooms. Seniors and pets will be challenged.

Overall, this is a great property and we had a great day. Kira was very hospitable and had great communication with us. The house itself is very clean and cozy. The only cleanliness issue was that the deck was so dusted with dirt, including the tables and chairs, that we didn't use it. As another reviewer also mentioned, this is a really good property for someone with older kids or for adults. We struggled a little bit having a toddler there. Also, if you want to use the upstairs bedroom, I wouldn't recommend it for kids or anyone without strong ankles/knees because the stairs are pretty steep. Overall, we had a really nice, comfortable stay and it was close to most things. Kira was great and check in/out is easy. Other tip: I would recommend driving over White Pines Lake as Fly in Lake was a bit dirty and white plants was nicer and free as well.

Overall, the property was very clean, the beds were comfortable, we had all the amenities we needed, communication with Kira was prompt and clear, and my kids loved the place. Being in Arnold was great for access to snow parks and the ski resort further up the highway, but the particular neighborhood can be tricky to navigate, and I would have been nervous to drive there if there was snow/ice on the ground (probably true of most cabins in the area, just something to be aware of). The road onto the property and the entrance to the driveway are both a little steep, and the driveway/parking spot are fairly narrow, so also something to be aware of, especially if it's snowy. Inside, the split HVAC system was tricky to figure out at first, but eventually we were able to get all the rooms to a comfortable temperature. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. One thing which may not be evident from the listing is that one bedroom, plus the loft futon are upstairs, and both areas split off directly from the top of the steep stairway. We weren't comfortable leaving our kids (3 and 5) alone in either bedroom, since they would have to go up, down, or across the stairs in any configuration if they needed us in the middle of the night. If our kids were older, I don't think this would have been a problem. There was enough room in both bedrooms for one adult and one child, so it worked out okay. All that being said, we would stay again when the kids are older.

We had an awesome stay. The cabin was cozy and warm. We loved that the cabin was surrounded by trees and nature. We saw about 10 deer out in front of the cabin one of the days. So beautiful. The beds we’re comfortable and the heating system worked very well. We would love to stay again some day. Thank you
