The cabin is very comfortable and cozy, and spacious enough for two families. The dock and beach access were perfect for the kids. We rented kayaks and paddle boards, fished off the dock, and had a great time making bonfires.

It was a beautiful place! Convenient to lake, we brought kayaks and left them on the beach all week. The neighborhood was very quiet. Loved the screened in porch! Not far from Greenville and the restaurants and shops. My husband loves to fish, he spent a whole day fishing Prong Pond. He loved it and it was right down the street. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

This lake house was everything we could haven’t wanted and more. Felt like I was walking into a Pottery Barn catalogue. We are a family of 6, 4 adult children. Plenty of room for everyone, beds were all comfortable. Living room was great to hang out in at end of the day. Loved the location! Right across from dock access. We brought our own kayaks and it worked out great. There is a private beach 5 minute walk to left, through the woods, very nice. We did enjoy going down the road to Lily State Park that had an even nicer sandy beach with beautiful views. Loved the screened-in wrap around porch for morning coffee. The grill worked great. Nice to have the washer and dryer in the basement too. Don’t miss out on going to the dock to view the breath taking sunsets. Just about 15 mins from town restaurants, shops and grocery store. Will be back!

We had a wonderful time. Pam was so helpful and easily accessible. The cabin is lovely and decorated charmingly. We had a very unusually hot week for Maine (high 80-90's). Thankfully there were three fans which helped cool the cabin down. It is an easy short walk to the lake and we enjoyed cocktails out on the dock watching the sunset. My parents have been coming to Moosehead Lake for over 50 years and this was a truly lovely time. We will definitely be back. Thank you Pam!

We had a very nice stay at this lodge style home on Moosehead. The lake is visible from the house and easy to access. It’s also close enough to town and shopping to be convenient. The pictures are accurate; the home is well decorated and comfortable. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. Cons: The grill doesn’t function very well and is prob on its last legs. The heating system is not ideal, as it’s locked and must be controlled remotely by the owner, who also turned it down once without asking us. She’s very nice, and I realize she’s had some issues in the past with people turning up the temp to rather high levels, but I think taking away complete control is not ideal for good customer service. I am a VRBO host (premiere and 5 star property) and feel that if people pay to rent, it’s within their right to choose a temperature, according to their wants and needs, unless they somehow might cause damage to the hvac system. If a guest wants warm temps, a good host needs to just eat the expense as part of being in the hospitality business. For the time they’ve rented, it’s their house, and choosing a temperature without asking permission is kind of a right. Just my two cents as a vrbo host and frequent renter.

We booked a stay for mothers-in-law and spouse over the holiday weekend and found the perfect location. The house is stylish and comfortable, and we had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults. The bedrooms had nice bedding with plenty of pillows and blankets, and there were fans for the one warm night that we stayed. The kitchen was very well-appointed, more so than any VRBO I'd stayed in previously. There was sufficient cleaning products, TP, and Paper Towels. The kitchen had sugar, S&P and seasonings that made it so easy to cook our meals. The furnishings were plentiful for us to make ourselves comfortable. The lake is across the road, but a 1 minute walk to the community pier was a daily delight to watch the sun go down over Moosehead Lake. This was a special moment, made more comfortable with some bug repellant for that time of evening. We would be very happy to stay in this lovely spot in the future.

This is a wonderful house, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean so we felt right at home. The house has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Single bathroom was a bit tight with 8 people but the outdoor shower was a fun game changer. The house itself is roomy enough to hang out with the entire party on rainy days or at night, but also provides spaces to retreat to if needed. Even though it's not directly on the lake, it's so close that we hardly noticed. We were in/on the lake or hiking around it the entire week. Amazing Moosehead Lake experience!

Rented this property for a snowmobiling and ice fishing trip. We had 8 people (2 families, including 4 teenagers) and had plenty of room for everyone. This property is close to snowmobile trails and the lake for ice fishing. Very clean, had everything you need and the owner was very responsive. Will definitely be renting here again!

Honestly, I expect a clean place, organized place with some amenities. What made the trip such a memorable one was the communication with the owner prior to arrival. She went above and beyond to ensure the say was a great one! She made the difference-VRBO is lucky she lists her property with them and not a competitor!
