Stayed Jul 19, 2025Great place, wonderful views and accommodations. Wish we could have accessed the river easier but once the downed trees are cleared up from the ice storm maybe that will change. Fire pit wasn’t set up because of the storm clean up also. Would stay again

Stayed Jul 20, 2024Second year staying on the Sturgeon River. Great place to stay. Very nice accommodations. The host has thought of everything. The pool table is a huge plus. Very private upstairs accommodations. Minutes away from everything needed including the beautiful Burt Lake State park.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024Our family loved our stay at the cabin! It was wonderful to be tucked away in the woods with such a scenic look over the Sturgeon River. The cabin was super cozy and had every convenience one could possibly need. Our boys loved hanging out in the game room area downstairs and having their own space. They also setup a whole outdoors game course and held family olympics with the fun activities that are offered for guests. It was a quick drive to swim at Burt Lake and so close to many other great places to visit such as Petoskey, Harbor Springs, Cheboygan or The Bridge. Our hosts were easily accessible to answer any question that came up and the cabin was immaculately clean. We just can't say enough great things about the Sturgeon Riverfront Cedar Cabin and hope we get the opportunity to stay again in the future.
