Mamaw & Papaw's Place is a three level, 3 Bedroom- 3 Bathroom cabin with an entertainment room that sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably.

We are nestled on an a .66 lot in a quiet area with paved mountain roads. Our driveway is paved and has parking for up to 6 vehicles and can accommodate a trailer. You are within minutes of popular attractions at Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Wears Valley, and Townsend. Just minutes from all attractions, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and underan hour from the historic Cherokee, North Carolina and Harrah's Casino.

Mamaw & Papaw's Place has flat screen televisions in all bedrooms, living room and the lower level living area. We have Satellite TV and WiFi for our viewing and surfing needs.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire cabin with an easy keypad entry.

Other things to note:
*NO PETS - even a pet rock. Okay, you can have the rock! But in all seriousness, this will be highly enforced. Pets have a lot of wear and tear on cabins. Any pet on property will result in a $300 fine.

*NO PARTIES - There is a difference between hanging out and having fun, versus compromising furniture and potential property damage pretending it's 1999. Navigate safely!

*Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM*
-There are no early check-ins or late check-outs. Violations may result in monetary penalty. Our cleaning staff is on a strict schedule and your early/late check-in/check out may impede arrival of future guests.

**We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own supplies during your stay. We appreciate that our guests take good care of our home and ask that you use only what you need**

If booking through VRBO you agree to the following RENTAL AGREEMENT:

1. Smoking inside or on the decks is NOT permitted.
2. Drugs of any kind are NOT permitted.
3. People other than those in the Guest party, set forth in the on-line agreement, may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person allowed in, or on, the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to in the on-line itinerary. No more than 8 persons are allowed in the cabin at any time.
4. Guests should not create noise at an excessive level that disturbs neighbors; Code- enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
5. All the units are privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while guests are on the premises or using its facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
6. Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Removing any items from the cabin, including living and kitchen furnishings, is not permitted.
7. Appliances are to be used only for their intended uses
8. Driveway can fit 4 vehicles comfortably.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10. Check Out is at 10 AM. Before you leave, we ask that the items below be completed to help our housekeeper quickly prepare for the next guest. Please load all dishes into the dishwasher and run it on the normal cycle. Please remove and dispose of all items in the refrigerator. Please remove the sheets from all beds and place sheets and towels on the floor (not in the bathtub) of the bathrooms.
11. Please lock all doors and all windows upon departure.
12. Garbage: All garbage must be stowed in the proper bear-proof garbage receptacles.
13. Hot Tub: No children under the age of 18 permitted in hot tubs without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, please remember that there are health risks associated with using a hot tub. Use at your own risk. Do not sit or stand on the hot tub cover. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement. Please remember to replace the cover when not using the hot tub so the water stays warm.
14. Septic: The cabin is on a septic system. The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed, and clog the septic system, you may be charged damages of up to $1000.
15. Weather: No refunds will be given due to weather. We do not refund due to road conditions.
16. Damage: Any damage to any items in the cabin including couches, chairs, tables, TVs, pool table, hot tub, beds, sheets, towels, pillows, etc, is the responsibility of the renter. Every item is checked before arrival and after departure. If you cause damage, please notify the owner immediately.

Failure to comply with the above rules may result in non-return of security deposit and possible additional charges.

Booking through VRBO assigns your consent to all listed under Cabin Rules and Rental Agreement

Located in Dogwood Farms, a beautiful, spacious, subdividison in the center of Pigeon Forge, Wears Valley, and Gatlinburg.

A community pool and fishing pond is located within minutes from Mamaw & Papaw's Place.

Only 5-10 minutes to the main parkway in Pigeon Forge, 15 minutes to Gatlinburg, 10 minutes to Wears Valley, 15 minutes to Dollywood, 15 minutes to Townsend and just minutes from all the attractions Sevier County has to offer.
