Stayed Apr 28, 2025We lived our stay at this property. If there was any negative, it would be the smell of the comforter on the king bed upstairs. It had a smell as if it has not been washed in weeks. Everything else was grear.

Stayed Jun 4, 2023Beautiful place, spectacular views. i give it 5star. Amazing view in every room. I love that each room has its own bathroom. Condo is equip with everything you need for the stay. My kids love the heated pool and spa. Justin is so quick to respond to all queries and need during the stay. Will definitely going back.

There were a few issues we noticed when we arrived but nothing that affected our stay. Communicated it to Justin and he offered to send someone out right away but it was not necessary.

Stayed Dec 28, 2024We liked our stay at the Chalet. It was a family vacation during one of the busier weeks and we liked the location because you can take the bypass to miss traffic. We had a water leak in the ceiling while we were there. The owners were responsive on getting someone in to look at it.

Stayed Nov 3, 2024The views from this property are absolutely amazing. Without a doubt, the best views of the Smoky Mountains I have ever seen. The property was extremely clean, and well maintained. The property staff were extremely prompt in communication, and providing valuable details on the local area. Being a frequent traveler, this is the very best rental property I have ever stayed in hands-down.

Stayed Oct 20, 2024The property is exactly as listed. However, the pictures have been edited. The lighting was dim, not white and crisp as shown. The windows were dirty, the beds all need to be replaced. The property unit needs to be UPDATED. The property was very spacious and layed out well. The parking lot NEEDS MORE LIGHTING. Beware of BEARS! The area is super quite and close to everything Gatlinburg! Great location!
