Stony Creek Camp near Saranac Lake

This was our fourth time staying at this remarkable place. It’s been a real privilege for our family to feel its peace and quiet. Thank you again for sharing its magic.

Our whole family enjoyed staying at Stony Creek Camp! It's in a lovely location and it worked out perfectly for our three couples to stay in the three separate houses. The lake was gorgeous at all hours and it felt so good to be away from our daily lives. It's a very special place. We highly recommend it!

We visited with 3 families- 6 nights, and can honestly say that this was one of the most charming and all round greatest weeks we’ve had! The property is magical. We love the family history of the estate. All 3 buildings are great and charming in their own rights. The “ponds” and location are literally an Adirondack quiet water paradise. Endless paddling and incredible fishing. All 12 of us caught numerous fish- some monsters! Hope to get back to that dock, gazebo, tennis court and field. Caught the meteor shower! The water is so clean clear and warm. Effortless swimming. Even the Eagle and Loon were around all day and night as if they were getting paid. Truly a great place if a spread out, quiet (no motor boats), peaceful and private lake front setting is what you’re looking for. If you love to paddle and fish, swim and lounge, grill and take epic pictures - you have to go here! All accommodations were as described with no issues.

We chose Stony Creek Camp because it could handle our multi-generational family gathering of 14 with 3 separate buildings set in a quiet area with direct access to water. Kristina’s place more than met our expectations: we were able to eat together and gather together in the Main House, sleep comfortably apart, and loved the boathouse and all of the water toys and lawn games provided. The quiet and beautiful setting where we could see the herons and hear the loons was fantastic.Hopefully we will be able to return!

Our third stay at this great property with a Cottage,Main house and Boathouse!! Secluded away from all the stress! Plenty of space for us and lots to do, Kayaks , Canoe's and stand up boards for use! The houses were Clean and well stocked. Outstanding Vacation and we will definitely return for a 4th trip next Year..... Thank You!!!

Our week at Stony Creek Camp was glorious in every way! The camp was clean and welcoming and easy to be in, the lake was perfect, the boathouse well-equipped with boats and boards and water toys, and it was easy to communicate with the property manager ahead of time. This was our second time staying at the camp and we have loved it both times. Thank you for making our stay so easy and relaxing!

This is the 2nd year we've stayed at Stony Creek Camp, and it's definitely one of our favorite properties. The large expansive grounds are great for large families to spread out, but still be together all week. Kids spent countless hours jumping in, paddleboarding, and swimming off the dock. The dock is also large enough for all the adults to sit on and watch kids play. Fishing was good, we caught largemouth, pike, perch, and sun fish. Can't wait to come back

Another Great Vacation at this Beautiful property!! This was our second stay here and always fun and plenty to do! Kayaks, canoes, stand up boards, fishing, swimming, all on a huge private property!! With a Main House, Cottage and boathouse there is plenty of space for everyone! Very Nice to spend Time at this property and will definitely return again, Thank You!

The Stoney Creek camp was an absolutely perfect location for our family vacation. The flexibility of having the three different buildings really worked for our group of 10. The main house was large enough for everyone to gather in very comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and plates, cups, coffee maker, pots, and pans everything you would need. We were pleasantly surprised to find a crockpot. Having the kayaks paddle boards and canoes right there for our use was a true bonus. The lake is secluded and quiet, but close enough to Tupper Lake and Saranac to enjoy all the amenities of those areas. We saw deer and fox loons and ducks, chipmunks, and red squirrels. We will definitely consider this property again for our family vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The booking process was effortless. The host answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. I really cannot say enough about this absolutely fantastic property. Our group had such a memorable time , if you’re looking for a property for a large group, absolutely consider this one!

We love this place. Thank you for sharing it with our family. It is so relaxing, private, spacious and well kept. Just the right layout and openness for our family of 12. The kayaks and tennis court replaced our kids' screens this week and we're grateful they have found a healthy new hobby :). Thank you for the extremely responsive communication, Kristina and Jerry!
