Splashin Bear Lodge, Pool in Cabin, Arcade Games, Pool Table, Hot Tub

Cabin was Great. Our family had a fantastic expierence. Pictures dont do it Justice. I would highlys recommend this cabin.

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as listed.

Loved everything except the location. Would liked to have been closer to town.

Our extended family stayed and it was PERFECT for us. The communication with the property manager was excellent.

The cabin was very nice and spacious. Not far from all the entertainment of the strip. We could not swim in our indoor pool as the chlorine was way too strong. We swim our first day there and was coughing for the next 2 days with burning lungs. The internet was very slow and didn’t work very well but over all we enjoyed our time in the Smokey mountains .

Our recent stay at Splashin' Bear Lodge 165 was a good experience overall! The cabin was spacious and in a good location, making it easy to enjoy everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. The kids especially loved the game room. The indoor pool would have been a fun feature, though the liner needs replacing, and the water was a bit murky. We only used it twice briefly. There is a hot tub on the bottom deck as well, but we didn't use it.We didn’t use the theater room in the basement either, but it looked really neat, and they had some DVDs available. We also appreciated that they provided golf clubs for the complex’s putt-putt course, but there was only one golf ball, which would have made it tricky for multiple players. We meant to pick up more, but were too busy in town. Having a laundry room was great too!There were a few signs of wear and tear throughout the cabin—most noticeably, the carpet could be replaced, and dead bugs were around the perimeter of the floor. That said, the cabin was still comfortable, and the management team was very kind pre check-in.Despite some minor maintenance issues, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider returning in the future! It was very spacious and could accommodate an extended family.

From getting the text to enter till we left was a great time. Place was clean and exactly what was shown. Only issue was the water heater was small so 15 people taking showers daily , many had cold ones. Other wise then that we would definitely rent again

I don't know that we've ever had a cabin where everything was in great shape. The couch even looked brand new! Communication was immediate to answer questions (like code for the community pool door and where extra towels were) The layout is great for families - we had three families with either 2 or 3 kids, so the boys took the bunk room and girls took another room. It was so easy to get to and down from for dinners, shopping, and we could pick up milk and be back in 15 minutes or less from the nearest Weigles. Community even offered an open area near the gate for football and frisbee with a miniature golf course as well! Would stay here again!

The house was perfect for our group. It was just as described. The host was very responsive and walked me through all the documents for check in.

We had a large group of people that included lots of different ages. This cabin was perfect for us with the indoor pool, games, and theater room. The location being somewhat secluded but not so far from every thing was exactly what we wanted. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would book with them again.

We loved everything about this cabin and our stay. Reached out to the property manager about a light and she showed up quickly to resolve. We also left something behind and it was mailed to us promptly and easily. Hands down we would stay here again.

Overall, it was alright. Some minor issues we had was there is no phone service at all in the property so it made it harder for those who still wanted to conduct business while on vacation difficult. Experienced wifi issues. Communication was ok. So yeah, not bad.

We had a great time staying at Splashing Bear Lodge. Management was extremely responsive to our few requests and was very easy to communicate with. Kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub. Godzilla was a hit in the movie room. One of our guests left a bag behind and management called immediately to make arrangements for its return. We loved our stay!!

Everything was just as advertised! The only issue was the WiFi kept going out but I think that was because of weather conditions. My family enjoyed the community so much they want to stay there next year

Quiet cabin in the mountains. Close enough to shopping and all the fun. Just in case it matters to you, our phone carrier At&T didn’t work here other than texts via the Wi-fi.

Great poperty. Only small issue is the lack of phone service.

Plenty to do in the home if you do not want to leave, and lots close by if you do.

Great , comfortable house for ourselves, our grown children and grandchildren ! Well stocked kitchen and the indoor pool was enjoyed by my grandchildren every day. Management was very easy to work with and communicate with on the two minor problems we encountered .

We had a nice stay at this cabin and would use them again. Very prompt and kind to work with.

We all had a great time! So much fun all ages at the Cabin. Close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gaithersburg. They were there to answer any questions we had. I recommended them for an awesome place to stay.
