Great location and nice cabin for our group. Out of all of the places I've ever stayed at, this had the least amount of communication. Whether that's good or bad for your group depends on your preferences. Wouldn't keep me from renting again, but just a heads up if you are used to hosts checking in on you a bit more.

The property is just as depicted on the pictures. In the evenings, the game room was where time was spent the most. The group was quite competitive at pingpong. Great fun was had playing other games that family brought with them.If you're planning on cooking, please bring your own pots and pans, what is there is not in good condition. The property is close to all entertainment.

The cabin is fairly new (built in 2023 I believe) and is very nice...just as the pictures and description depict. It was perfect for our family of 15 plus 2 grandchildren. We stayed 5 nights. All of the beds were very comfortable and it was really nice that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. This cabin is located at the end of the road, and is very quiet and peaceful; but just a short 15-20 minute drive into Gatlinburg. Our family enjoyed the indoor pool, and sitting on the back decks enjoying nature. The concrete pad in front of the cabin made a perfect place to play pickleball (we brought painters tape to put down lines and a portable net). At the end of the driveway is a firepit with 6 Adirondak chairs, but you will need to supply your own firewood. The only minor negatives that we encountered were no mixing bowls (for making pancakes etc) or large bowls for serving (such as a salad), so we had to use pots & pans to do these things. There was only one hot pad (oven mitt), and only 2 kitchen towels...which is not enough for a house with 8 bedrooms. Lastly, with the cabin being recently built, there is a little trash and construction debris around the perimeter of the property (mostly on the sides and in the back where it is very steep). Overall, it was a great experience and a very nice cabin. We highly recommend this property.

The location was great. There was ample room for privacy and to sit together and chat. Our family enjoys preparing our own meals. The lack of pots and pans was a real problem for us. The kids enjoy a bowl of cereal. We had to purchase disposable bowls for them because there were only 4 bowls in the cabinet. I suspect the bowls were tossed over the side of the building because there was some debris there that looked like bowls. The cabin was not ready at the agreed time of 4:00 p.m. It was 5:30 p.m. before we could stay in the cabin. The cleaning staff asked us to wait outside while they finished. We did get to put away our perishable groceries at 4:00 p.m.

Overall the property was great. The kids loved the pool, putt putt and games. Space for everyone to have their own space when needed. Had a little bit of a drive 20 min or so to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Nice for us to be a little bit away. Some closets had old light fixtures and supplies blocking some of the space. The hot tub was not usable. It ran constantly but had low water level and brown water and the cover blew all over the deck because it didn’t have a clip. Aside from the hot tub the outside spaces were so nice to relax with a beautiful view. We had a little trouble finding out property as we arrived in the dark, Ben was patient and helpful to make sure we found it. He was good to check in with us and prompt responses.
