Stayed Feb 5, 2025The house was just a described. It fit 20 of my family members perfectly without us being on top of each other. The theatre room was great for watching the superbowl!

Stayed Aug 9, 2024We rented this cabin for a family reunion for 36 people. It was a good property with plenty of space for everyone to sleep. Our only complaint is that two of the amenities were not working properly. One of the hot tubs was out of order and the TV in the theater room was not working properly. They did refund us $250 for these amenities not working. The pool liner was also loose, but it did not affect the kids being able to swim. Overall, this property was perfect for what we needed. We enjoyed our weekend with family at this cabin.

Stayed Jul 10, 2021We paid a lot of money to stay in this property so we could have a indoor heated pool for everyone ( Heater /pump ) was broke an they emailed us 1 day before we was leaving , so couldn’t use the pool it was so so cold everyone would had been sick , suppose to have 2 hot tubs an one hot tub was on a 2nd floor deck Which was locked off so we could use it.Bc the deck floor was messed up an spindles was missing again emailed us an told us 1 day before we was arriving , one of the toilets on 2nd floor was broke , bathe tub on 3 rd was so nasty had 4 inches of dirty dirty water in it ( housekeeping did not clean ) , upstairs refrigerator had old lunch meat in it an pizza , I paid a arm an leg to stay here for family get together an I should not had one complaint paying this kind of money …had to call manitenc over the movie room which they came the next day but that’s the only good thing I can say about this place

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This cabin was in a great location - close to PF and Gatlinburg but still remove enough. The cabin was fantastic, however, the unfortunate part was many of the amenities were not working (indoor pool, air hockey game, golden tee game, theater equipment, smoke detectors, lights). Maintenance was called about the issues but many were not addressed. We chose this particular cabin for the amenities, such as the pool and theater and were very disappointed that they were not in operation.
