Spacious Cabin w/Theater-Pool Table-Hot Tub/Sauna

We had a great time during Christmas. This cabin was great for multi families to enjoy spending time together. It was in a great location. The cabin was close to everything we wanted to do. The host/cabin rental people stayed in contact with us through our stay.

We loved the lay out. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms was wonderful. Loved the location too. Just beware of the steep driveway!!

Overall the stay was nice and in a convenient location.

Cabin is nice but very dated. Furniture very dated and used. Kitchen table was great for our family but kitchen could use updating as well as the bathrooms. We had a good time but in the past the places we have stayed were up to date on their decor. The leather couches look like they were used for many years. For the price should have been better updated. We have stayed at many cabins in the past and although your cabin is very large and our family had plenty room we were disappointed in the decor.

This cabin had no Christmas decor which was fine but unexpected. Was generally clean but can definitely tell it hasnt had a good cleaning in awhile.. cob webs in corners, kitchen floor was dirty (daughter spilled something and paper towel was black after wiping up). Couches are very used and the coating comes off when sitting on them... Seats in arcade area are very worn.. Cabin was nice just older.. We were under impression from this app that it was by owner but is actually taken care of by a cabin company. Cabin was in a great location, easy access to Pigeon Forge, driveway is steep but large enough for multiple vehicles. Neighbors were friendly, plenty of cookware in the kitchen.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The amenities were great and there was something for everyone! The open concept on the main level was perfect for our group of 7

We all loved everything about the cabin, plenty of space for our bunch of 10. Beautiful cabin. Host was great with communication. Very quite area.

The property was not very clean. Internet was not working.No tvand no smart TV. The rental agency blamed all on owner. Scary deck. No light over stairs. Asked for discount got nothing. would not rent from either own or rental compa y agai

I would make one suggestion on the HVAC to consider for the location. Install dampers to split the system because even though the thermostats were on the same temperatures, the second floor was always 4-6 degrees colder.

We needed a place to stay that allowed our pets and this was perfect. Way more space than we needed but it was a wonderful house and our family really enjoyed it. And the neighbor across the street was extremely pleasant and treated us like we lived in the neighborhood.
