Stayed Oct 9, 2022This property has enormous potential. I am the travel agent writing this on behalf of my client which happens to be my family. This was for a couple with 3 boys. Had not had a vacation in 3 years. While this property met their needs with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, had a pool table and excellent location. The boys enjoyed the hot tub. However, upon their arrival they discovered a shower door off track but opted to have them come after they departed to fix it bc they could use the master bath. The place was lacking in cleanliness and needs a good deep cleaning. Ceiling fans, mantle extremely built up with dust. This family had to go buy trash bags. That isn't a big deal, but when they are supposed to be in the unit, they are supposed to be in the unit. Cooler weather also calls for extra blankets and none were found. I have also forwarded photos of maintenance and cosmetic issues throughout the unit. A staple that ripped Jessica's pants, the shower door, a commode not anchored securely to the floor, several things that need to be addressed and brought up to the standards that this unit leads one to believe. Matter of fact, they had 4 nights booked and opted to leave after staying 3. There were some good points as well....the location is fantastic, and the property certainly has potential. But when you have 3 TV's in a unit and only one that works properly, and the other problems, I would not book this again until I am assured it has met the proper protocol.

Stayed Nov 16, 2025The cabin was fine. But there weren't enough parking places close to the cabin. They really need to be marked by cabin number. And it really needs to mention that it is on a steep hill to unload your car. Bc if you have any walking issues as we do it's really hard to unload your car & walk up or on a hill. And it would have been really nice if check out would have been a little better.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Great place with perfect access to the Pigeon Forge Strip, but still has great views of the Mts as well. Hot tub was well maintained and super relaxing. The loft bedroom was fun and we loved playing pool with friends. Would recommend!

Stayed Aug 13, 2025Dishes were not clean, floors were very dirty, upstairs toilet was not secured to the floor, and the upstairs faucet leaks. Carpeted area on stairs and into 1st floor bedroom was also very worn and dirty looking. On a positive note, linens were clean, amenities were nice (hot tub, furniture, tv’s, WiFi, etc), and location was convenient.

Stayed Jul 5, 2025The property location was good, not too far off the parkway and easy to get to. There was not enough parking for the unit we stayed in. Our unit did not have parking at the house. We were a family of 6 (2 kids and 4 adults) so we did have 2 vehicles. There were not enough parking spots in the parking section by the unit we had and no marking that assigned any parking spots to the units as I think there were about 8 units and maybe 6 or 7 parking spots so we had issues some nights getting parking near our unit (this was particularly hard for my father who has breathing issues when walking a distance and no parking at the house). The parking was also tight….a car had gotten side swiped in the parking lot during our stay. The house was nice, carpets upstairs were pretty dirty (kids white socks were black after walking around). Upstairs toliet rocked when sat on (but usable). It appeared one of the windows upstairs had recently been replaced but had exposure around the window of insulation and small light coming through from bottom corner to outside. The unit did have a broken microwave door when we arrived but the property manager was able to come out and get that fixed very quickly. Overall, the location was good! The unit could use a little TLC and extra cleaning of the carpets. Parking was not great but based on the layout not sure anything could be improved there.

Stayed Sep 16, 2024The property was very nice but not ideal for us. The parking was fine since it was a slow time but would be difficult if busy. There were steep steps into the place that were hard for us to climb. Definitely not handicap friendly. The view from windows and porches was mostly blocked by the trees.
