Stayed Mar 29, 2024I was not giving any information on how to get in the house despite the manager saying that the email was sent I still had to go in the office and sign paperwork .The doors was open when we arrived the pool features was out of order and I was never told this before my arrival . there wasn’t enough towels in the home had to go get them from the office .there were bugs in the home chairs broken blinds as well I spoke with the manager Jammie and was not accommodate with anything was told that they can come out and spray and that would be all but no refund or no accommodations on being moved to a different Rental due to it being Easter weekend upstairs bathroom shower never got hot coffee pot didn’t work Coffee mugs were paint chipping.
