The cabin was just as described. Conveniently located to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty of space for our party of six (ages 12-56). Very clean and well-stocked. The kdis loved the games and the movie room. The only minor complaints - the TV in the master bedroom is located in an odd place and really cannot be viewed from bed (it needs to be on a mount that can be pulled/pushed to and from the wall) and the showers (water flow and pressure) leave a lot to be desired. Otherwise everything was wonderful! A word of caution - we have stayed in A LOT of cabins over the years as we visit this area often - and I always smile when I see people complain in their comments about steep curvy roads (it is just to be expected), however, this is definitely not for the faint of heart. It is a good 10 minute drive up the mountain to the cabin. There was one night, due to fog, that we could not see the road at the highest points. However, it is an absolutely beautiful view!Host was very responsive to any questions or concerns that I had.

We loved this cabin, was exactly as listed. It is quite the trek to activities but the views on the way down the mountainside make up for it! We enjoyed the game room, deck, hot tub AND got to see a momma bear and her 2 cubs while we were there!

The location was great. We were ok with a 40 minute commute to activities. When the trees are full it feels very secluded, but the view of the smokies is restricted. I’m sure in the fall, it’s an absolutely beautiful view. We had bear visit in the morning, a mama and two cubs. The cabin doesn’t have ceiling fans in any room and there weren’t any fans provided on the property. That was a huge negative for us. Also, the kitchen is stocked ok, but the cookware is extremely old and worn so we spent a lot of time dealing with food sticking, and cleaning all of them required a lot of effort. Investing in new, quality cookware and fans for every bedroom should be paramount for the property owner. Everything else was great.

Property was very nice, great view from the deck. Our family enjoyed all the amenities which were available for our use.The bears who visited every day/evening were a bonus. The grandkids were thrilled to watch them from the deck.Only thing that could be improved is more garbage cans, 2 we’re not enough for a family staying a week.

The stay was great! The cabin is beautiful but extremely far from everything. Much further than indicated in the listing. Also, some fans would be very nice.

Very little property, the square footage was ideal. Love the porch, the family enjoyed the game room and tv. Kitchen was nice size. Bedrooms were spaced out nicely. One thing they need to change is adding two more garbage cans. With a family of 9, we ate a lot at the cabin, so a lot of trash bags

A long way up the mountain! Couldn't see any neighbors, but not totally secluded from civilization. About 30 minutes drive from the parkway. The cabin was very clean and welcoming. Lots of space for 8 adults. The gas fire pit was really nice for making smores and relaxing outside. We did see bears 3 times during our 4 day stay. The view was absolutely amazing.

This was the perfect cabin for our family getaway. The cabin is a good drive from the main road, so if you want somewhere private and surrounded with nature this is the place for you. We saw several black bears on our visit, so be aware with keeping trash put away. We loved playing some of the board games along with all the entertainment options downstairs. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was just as expected from the pictures. It rained the first couple of days of our vacation, but there was plenty to keep us busy around the house. The only downfall was that the wifi service didn't allow me to connect to my University's website to do my homework. I had to go to a local coffee shop, which turned out okay because it was a nice experience.

Property is gorgeous and perfect for family of nine! Parking is plentiful for three cars as well! Cabin supplied very bountifully! The game area and movie theater area was a hit after a long day sightseeing! Even though beds are a little firm, I'm sure the next guests prefer exactly that! We love the firepit area for lounging, the rocking chairs for relaxing and the kids enjoyed the hot water tub for their nightly fun! Great place all around! Only thing to add, bring ice---we couldn't get ice maker to work on main level!

We drove into town as counties just north and east of Sevierville were ravaged by floodwaters and mudslides so we were a little anxious. The Smokey Mountain Rain let up Friday evening and we had a great day at Dollywood though heavy-hearted for those in harm's way. The cabin was beautiful and spacious...but travel to and from was a little treacherous .

The home was exactly as the description stated. I was not happy that the ice maker was broken and when it rained our bathroom flooded and we had to mop up the water. The other thing was the drive up the mountain to get to the house about 20 minutes. Annwith the bears

The cabin was as pictured. Loved that it was not right next to others. Layout was spacious and the basement area was perfect entertainment for our 10 and 11 year olds. Absolutely loved the deck with the firepit area. This cabin is high in the mountains and the drive up is steep and winding just an FYI. Cabin was clean and had all the basic necessities we needed. We will definitely be using Summit Cabins again for future stays.

Beautiful cabin with all the amenities you need to spend some quality time with family or friends. A little deep of a drive for my group, but other than the distance up the mountain it was perfect.
