Stayed Oct 7, 2025Our stay was fantastic!The unit was very clean and welcoming, and the instructions for accessing the unit and its amenities were clear and concise.The condo was very comfortable with a well-appointed kitchen and good-sized bedrooms and bathrooms.The furniture was very comfy.Mary Beth the host was incredibly kind.She had constant communication with us before, during our stay, and even after we checked out.What a fantastic owner she was!.We'd definitely stay there again in the future!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We rented out three condos since we had 26 people for the labor dya weekend. Everything was perfect. House is huge and rooms are spacious and clean. Owners are attentive to all the needs and very receptive. Plenty of parking space, close to the town. The bunk beds and other living quarters are amazing, all the kids loved them. All of us enjoyed the spa and jacuzzi! Will definitely recommend and come back again.

Stayed Mar 2, 2024We rented the entire 4 unit complex during our stay and it worked perfectly for our group. Walking distance to Canyon Lodge and on the bus route for downtown Mammoth Lakes. The large underground garage is a great benefit.

Stayed Feb 21, 2024Convenient location a short walk away from Canyon Lodge. Comfortable accommodations with spacious rooms and all of the amenities we needed. Hosts had great communication and were quick to respond whenever we had questions. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Sep 24, 2023There were 15 of us in total who gathered in Mammoth to celebrate the life of a family member who passed unexpectedly. The location & size of this property was perfect! Both condos were extremely clean, spacious and had all of the amenities we needed. We will be back!

Stayed Jul 2, 2023Our family of 12 enjoyed 5 nights utilizing units 1 and 2 for our stay. Each unit was comfortably furnished, clean, and spacious. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals as well as extra supplies such as salt, pepper and other spices. Our host, Mary Beth, was fantastic, easy to contact and very responsive. The condo is just a short walk to Canyon Lodge if you are skiing and within walking distance to the village (utilized the city trolly to return). Over all a very enjoyable visit.
