Smoky Spring Getaway | Hot Tub | 20 Mins to Pkwy

My family stayed in the cabin for a 3 nights. The cabin and neighborhood are beautiful & clean. The listing was accurate & communication from the property manager was fine.I consider this a high end rental & the price we paid reflected that. We had a couple of issues- we realized at bedtime the bunk bed was not assembled properly, and therefore not safe for my children to sleep in that evening. Thankfully there was a pull out sofa for them to relocate to, however there were no window treatments in the sofa room, leaving my children with no privacy and visible to the public from outside (yikes). The air hockey table was also missing bolts/fasteners, so it was near collapse & not safe to play. I called the onsite maintenance first thing in the morning and he was there immediately to fix both issues- so that was appreciated. Considering the price you pay for property management & housekeeping, these issues should have been discovered by them prior to our check-in. There were a few other minor annoyances here - for example we all had winter coats and rain gear. There is not a single hook or coat closet in the entry way or first floor to hang these items. No door mat to wipe your feet. No lighting in the kitchen except for the ceiling flood lights. The lamps on the nightstand in the room were not plugged in because there was no outlet. Which also means there is no outlet for chargers. These are basics that should thought about when renting a high end property.

We had a wonderful stay at Elkridge. Everything was extremely clean and in great brand new condition. Location was gorgeous. There is a lot of construction happening on the road but it was still perfect for walks and had wonderful views. Highly recommend this home!

The property was easy to get to and the neighborhood was very quiet. There were plenty of things to do close by and access to maryville for the Smoky Mountain bike rally was very convenient. The hot tub was nice and clean. There was plenty of room for the group to get together and still have prophecy for the couples. One recommendation would be for additional towels for the hot tub.

We had an awesome time at the property. Great location and beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again. Everything was as listed!

The property location was great! We enjoyed the view and house was nice. There were a couple of things that the property can be improved on. The bed's slept terrible! Mattress was not good! All the beds were so hard it was not good. The living room needs lamps, so you don't have to turn on the bright lights. We had to leave early because no one could rest well. Just made the trip very tiring! Hardly any TV channels! Please get some new mattresses!!

Everything was perfect and the host made very easy to check in!!!!

The street is beautiful. The house is on the left of the street and the mountain view is on the right so there are houses in your view of the mountains but it is still a stunning view. The cabin set up worked well for us. We had 6 adults, a 2 yr old, and a 6 yr old. Each family had their own floor w/bathroom. The only downside was the pull out downstairs is very squeaky and there are no blinds or curtains on the sliding door so you are a little exposed. The table only sits 6 so if you are planning meals in the cabin keep that in mind. Overall, I would def stay here again. The location was just far enough out of the hustle and bustle but close enough to essentials. We even saw turkeys and a bear in the yard!

This cabin was so comfortable and clean and was on a great street. Would highly recommend!
