I have booked with VRBO for the past 10 years and unfortunately this is my first bad review. All the mattresses in the cabin were awful! I called and complained, requested a mattress topper and was told they do not offer that- when I explained that we were not able to sleep on them and that I booked for a whole week hoping to get a restful vacation was basically told to deal with it.... The operator from Cabins for you, was very polite and apologetic and explained the homeowner was not going to do anything about the situation. We ended up buying a mattress toper from a local retail store for $175.00 The cabin is very clean- but very limited in the kitchen department- but again very clean.

Overall, we had a great trip and the cabin was nice. However, it would have been nice if the property owner had left some instructions on how to operate the thermostat, TVs and the hot tub. Having a Keurig coffee maker would have been a nice addition as well.

We had a great time in our cabin! It was clean, it was cozy and the hosts had left a special bag with everything we needed. The cabin had everything we needed already. No golf balls but did have the clubs. The swimming pool was a little hard to find. The area was very busy and traffic was awful. Luckily our cabin was so nice and had so many amenities that we didn’t really need to leave often. Hot tub was really nice and the grill was wonderful.

I would give it 3.5 stars. It was decently clean, but could use some updating. Beautiful view. Everything you need to cook. Nice arcade games that work well. Cabins For you helpline very polite and helpful. Called maintenance: oven overheats, stops heating within a few min of preheating, so you have to keep restarting oven every few minutes; water/ice maker on fridge don’t work; DVD player not hooked up correctly to play (but there’s a note from owner to not touch wires). Golf clubs provided, but there were no golf balls-so we had to buy them to play on the putt putt course. *Biggest issue was when our toddler locked himself in bathroom and the cabin (and also the maintenance team on property) do not have the correct key/tool to unlock the locks in cabin. This is a huge safety concern for young families staying here.

We loved this house! it was just what we were looking for to rest and enjoy nature!

We were very pleased with this property. Has the view. Very clean . Has privacy but not completely secluded. The only suggestions we have is trimming the top of the trees by the back porch which would provide more of a view of the mountains . Having a separate bathroom not connected to the bedrooms . And having a scheduled trash pick up a couple times a week , Especially for bigger groups .

Would book this cabin again when ever we return.

The cabin was clean which is the most important for us. All kitchen appliances, dishes, etc were all clean. The cabin was decorated for Christmas which we loved. We had 8 people, so we used all the beds and couches. The only complaint is the cabin could use an additional 1/2 bath for that many people, but we knew that ahead of time. Location was great and the view was great off the back porch. It’s located in a gated development which was also nice.
