* Professionally cleaned and inspected before every stay — pool cleaned, hot tub drained and refilled for each guest
* Pool heated year-round to 84-85 degrees
* Bear-proof trash receptacles on-site — please use them
* Exterior security cameras at driveway top, driveway entrance, front door (doorbell camera), and firepit area. No cameras inside the cabin.

* No smoking or vaping inside or on property
* Registered guests only — no outside visitors
* No parties or events
* Please respect quiet hours and neighboring vacationers
* Pool for registered guests only — no glassware in pool area — children under 16 must be supervised at all times
* One dog welcome with prior approval and applicable pet fee
* All trash must be placed in bear-proof receptacles

POLICIES

* Rental Agreement — Required for all reservations, sent electronically after booking. Must be completed within 48 hours of booking (or within 4 hours if booked within 48 hours of check-in). Arrival details not released until complete.
* Identity Verification — A valid government-issued ID for the primary guest may be requested after booking.
* Damage Protection — A refundable $500 hold is required prior to check-in, released after checkout with no issues.
* Pet Policy — Up to 1 dog with prior approval and pet fee. Message us before booking with breed, size, and age. No pets on furniture or beds; must be crated if left unattended. Guests responsible for any pet-related damages or cleaning.
