Everyone had a great time and the cabin was a big part of our enjoyment of the mountain experience.

Was nice clean and private

Big and spacious for large families. We enjoyed our time under the pavilion, in the hot tub and pool. Very relaxing and location not far from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We had an issue with the air conditioning but the local team was very responsive and got someone out for a quick fix. There are a lot of steps getting in and around the floors, pavilion and pool. This place was fine for us but could be a challenge for someone not mobile.

This is an amazing cabin! Our family of 18 found it quite comfortable and so fun for our 10 grandchildren. Our hosts, AvantStay, were in constant contact. We had a few issues that were handled promptly. There are plenty of dishes for everyone. We just ran both dishwashers each night and were ready for the next day. We take family photos on each vacation and the deck with the lush green forest in the background made for the perfect spot!

I wanted to thank your customer service team for being helpful and responsive during our stay. We appreciated the timely assistance whenever we reached out. That said, it’s important to share some feedback about several issues that unfortunately impacted our overall experience. A few items stood out: There were no night lights upon arrival. These were delivered, but not until our second day. The frying pan provided was in poor condition and had to be replaced. The house temperature was originally set at 73 but was reading 86, making the space uncomfortable. The contractor found that a drain hose line was clogged for the first floor. On another day, the temperature continued to climb, and we later learned the air filter was extremely dirty and needed to be replaced. The main living area could benefit additional air vents and ceiling fans—there was only one fan, which seemed insufficient for such a large space. It was recommended keeping bedroom doors open to help with air circulation. One of the bunk beds was missing a ladder. The outside entry railing had a loose middle bracket.The interior stair railing was also loose and felt unstable.An air vent cover on the lower level by the back deck was badly dented, producing a constant whistling noise,the floor vent near the TV on the first floor was bent in need of repair. Lastly, while the pool area itself was generally fine, there were dead bugs.A financial credit is asked as the price was premium but the condition was not. Please

Our visit to this home was fabulous. We had 3 families age range 7 through 60ish. Everyone had separate bedrooms (besides kiddos) and we all agreed the beds were comfy as was the bedding. The kitchen had anything that we needed and much more!The bonus outside room housed our make shift pickle ball court and we had a blast!Highly recommend for a FUN family get together in the mountains.

My friends and our families stayed for Easter weekend and it was so much fun! They had a little Easter basket waiting for us when we came in and it was very thoughtful. There was plenty of space and we loved that every room had their own bathroom as well. The kids really enjoyed having the arcade games downstairs and of course the indoor pool! We would absolutely stay again.

The cabin was a perfect for all of the families to get together! We enjoyed games and relaxing on the patio, the pool was a huge plus with the kids!

Great layout. Loved that it had 2 dishwashers and 2 refrigerators. Bedrooms were nice size. 14 of us stayed for family Christmas. Close to Dollywood and other attractions. Family Dollar down the street if you forgot something. Pool temp was great even when it was 28 degrees outside!

We had our entire family stay at this amazing property for Thanksgiving break! The roads are easy to drive to get to the property and the location is close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! We have already sent this home over to numerous friends to book their stay. Thank you for a wonderful trip we will never forget!

This was the perfect house for my 9 grandkids, 3 grown children with their spouses, my nephew, husband, and I to spend the week in while we vacationed in Gatlinburg together. I highly recommend this clean, well-maintained house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The pool was a good size in a separate building with a coded lock so my small grandchildren couldn’t access without an adult.

This home was almost perfect for us. Seating for 20+ at the dining table, and in the pavilion. That dining table also doubled for crafts and games. There were a few broken chairs, but we worked the seating out. The two refrigerators and dishwashers were perfect. We ran the dishwasher after every meal and always had sufficient dinnerware and flatware ready to go. We cooked every day. Like most places there could be better serving ware, like trays, platters and large bowls for big groups. We LOVED all the en suite bed/bath combos, giving everyone personal space when needed. And for our group, the bunk room and the pool were also just right. We had a few mechanical issues that were remedied with prompt responses. It is a winding drive to get to the local sights, but the parking at the house was abundant and perfect for our six vehicles.This house does not have an EV charger like some in the area. The community may want to invest in a couple of shared chargers for now. We travel to different locales every year; for many, this was our favorite house!
