Stayed Sep 26, 2025The Bear's Den is a darling place to stay on a vacation. While the bedrooms were on the smaller side, the living areas had tons of room to relax and move around, which is where it really matters. The furniture was comfortable (my personal requirement), the kitchen was open and spacious, and the dining room had plenty of room for playing cards or having a meal.The rooms had super comfortable twin beds and bed linens. We just pushed ours together for that king bed experience!The cabin is in a little community with VERY friendly neighbors. If you were bringing the kids, they could easily ride bikes or play out in the street without you having to worry. There were a few kids out in the street playing basketball while we were there, having a blast.If you were looking for somewhere super private, however, this might not be your place. But if you like socializing and being in a welcoming community, this is your spot.
