Stayed Jan 9, 2026Where do I even begin. While the cabin itself looked fine, the number of serious issues completely ruined our stay.The rooftop hot tub, which was a major reason we booked this cabin, did not work at all. When we arrived, it was cold, uncovered, and the water was murky. We were promised someone would come the next morning to fix it. No one ever came, and the hot tub was never repaired.The property was poorly maintained. Trash was scattered around the grounds, and the bins were overflowing. The showers were dirty, and the shower door handles were falling off. The refrigerator did not work, which caused all of the food we brought for the weekend to spoil. The freezer also did not work, and all of our ice melted.Septic tank alarms went off and beeped for hours. The host was aware this happens but never warned us. We had to walk down a steep hill and figure out how to turn it off ourselves.The most frustrating part has been the host, Stay Minty. We paid over 2,000 for two nights and were promised a luxury stay. I reported all of these issues and requested compensation. I was told to allow 10 to 14 days for resolution. It has now been over 14 days since checkout, and I continue to receive generic responses like “management is not available today,” with no resolution.This stay was stressful and extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this property and this host.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025Everything was a 10/10 experience, all my guests had an amazing time. The view is even better in person. The only thing i could complain about would be that it’s at the very top of a mountain, the drive is nice and scenic, but is very sketchy at some points is you have a large vehicle. But inside and out the place is beautiful and is just as shows if not better!

Stayed Nov 12, 2025Big facility holds lot of people. Lot of amenities. Only issue was the freezer did not work or the ice maker. Little dirty under sink-possible leak and washing machine was not clean on inside. Overall very good experience. Excellent scenery

Stayed Oct 23, 2025The hot tub was not clean when we arrived. Someone came within the hour after calling on this problem. I am not a fan of the cooktop. Had to google the instructions on how it worked. It is slow to cook on.Overall it was great. Awesome views from the roof top. Plenty of bear sightings!!

Listing icons for bedrooms isn’t correct - the pics and detail comments are correct; 4 king/queen bed rooms, 1 queen over queen bunk room, and 1 room with 6 twin bunksPerfect for 16 peoplePool/hot tub on deck worked great since we had mostly adults - can’t really swim in it but great for cooling off during day or warming up at night (fits 10 adults without getting in personal space)Roof top view is gorgeous and lots of sitting options, games on 3rd floor, lots of patio space and sitting to watch the bears!All amenities were newer and very nice (bedding, appliances, showers…)Bears were cool to watch but still felt safeOnly call out is steep driveway and very tight/scary drive from town but this is for all houses on the mountain! We were able to get some very friendly Uber drivers to bring us up and down mountain for only like 30-40 per!

Stayed Mar 23, 2025The property was great, exactly what it looks like in the pictures. The lower level was perfect for 5 teenagers. It had the 2 rooms with bunk beds and a king room. The kids loved having their own section of the house.Main level was a king suite, very nice kitchen and living room. 2nd level was 2 king suites and the game room.The rooftop was breathtaking views and the pool also serves as a very hot, hot tub!We had 2 issues while there. 1. The fire alarm was low on batteries and beeped all night long. Too high to reach but I messaged them in the morning and they had it fixed within the day. 2. The code to lock /unlock the front door was tricky. I found you had to push the lock button twice, not hold it in.. The property team was very responsive, cabin was immaculate and had everything we needed.Last note - google.maps really struggled to find the cabin. We had to use Apple Maps. Roads are a little scary!

Stayed Mar 4, 2025We arrived during a massive storm where 80mph took down trees and powerlines preventing us from even getting up the mountain. This management company not only sent me storm updates and warnings, they provided great information on how to stay safe, and then coordinated with local authorities to get the trees and power lines fixed so that we could get to the cabin. They even put us up in another cabin until our cabin was accessible. I cannot say enough about this company and owner. Once we got to the cabin…omg it was incredible, even better than the listing pictures. The views, the decor, the beds and pillows and linens were luxurious and super high quality. The deck space and seating was stunning. We will 100% be back and I will purposefully stay with any property managed by this company. The way they handled this situation exceeded every expectation. They went above and beyond on every front.

The property was exactly how it was described - perfect to a group of family and friends. Though it was tricky to navigate the location at first, it eventually became second nature for us to come and go. The black bears sighting was an added bonus. There are a lot of rental properties nearby but consider this Chalet worth it. Thanks again for everything!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024The chalet accommodated our 16 family members beautifully. It is spacious and as beautiful as advertised. The feeling of privacy was great. However, an accurate gps system is a requirement. The roads up the mountain can be confusing. Also, the bears limited our ability to explore our surroundings outdoors, but even they provided a little entertainment through the windows! We loved our time in the chalet!
