Sky Harbor is the perfect retreat in Homer. The location, the view, the amenities, and the people there are THE best! I hope to return soon.

This is an INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL, peaceful property. The photos do not do it justice and the staff was amazing going way out of their way to make everything perfect for us!! Thank you SO much for EVERYTHING!!!

We loved the quiet setting of the Base! Our cabin was nice! Well priced. The only thing missing there was a spot to put our luggage, but it wasn't a problem. We would recommend this experience to anyone! Also, the receptionist/coordinator was excellent and super helpful!

Wow! Our adventure with Beryl Air to visit Katmai, Lake Clark, and Kenai Fjords National Parks was amazing. Spending 4-1/2 hours flying over some of the most beautiful land on earth and landing on gorgeous lakes at all three parks was an experience we will never forget. While Mother Nature played the leading role, our pilot Henry in the air and Nina on the ground offered major contributions to the fabulous day. We cannot thank them enough. We stayed in the Homer Seaplane Base's Sky Harbor cabin (associated with Beryl Air) for a couple of nights. The cabins are very nice, large, have everything you need, and are right on Beluga Lake, with a great view. Sure was convenient to walk out the front door and head over to the plane for our national parks flight. Loved the accommodations! To top it all off, we ate dinner after our flight at Water Rutters, right above the Beryl Air offices. We shared Pan-Fried Fingerling Potatoes and Warm Focaccia Bread. I had the Elk Albondigas (meatballs), while my wife enjoyed the Alaskan Halibut Cheeks. Delicious! Our favorite dinner in Alaska. This two-month-old restaurant should become one of the top places to eat in Homer. The couple that own and run the place are very nice. Beryl Air, Homer Seaplane Base, and Water Rutters combined to earn a 10 out of 10 from us.

Very fun property to stay at. Close to the spit and any tourist activities around town. The sea plane base was amazing watching planes come in and out. We were able to get some amazing photos and sunrise/sunsets relaxing near the water.

What a pleasant experience. Very nicely furnished cabin with all of the amenities we could ask for. Super easy check-in and check-out. The Water Rudder eatery has very nice snacks. And the setting is fabulous: perfect for observing the coming and going of seaplanes on Homer-Beluga Lake. Highly recommended.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay in Homer at the Seaplane Base. The Sky Harbor cabin worked for us. Overall, it was good, not great though. My mother has mobility issues and this cabin takes a number of stairs to get to, but it wasn't explained in the description. The A/C in the room was difficult to use successfully and the instructions didn't help. I realize there isn't a much room for it, but having the TV only in the bedroom instead of the living room/kitchen made it difficult to enjoy. The kitchen needs new pans. The beds are also quite hard. Everything else was great! Beautiful property.

The whole grounds are beautiful. Cabin was really comfortable for four people. Abundance of wildlife. Really enjoyed watching the float planes take off and land on the lake. Family friendly. I will recomend to friends.

A wonderful experience. Stay in a comfortable cabin, equipped with all the essentials. Take a short drive to the Homer Spot restaurants and port. Explore old town with the beaches and marsh hikes. Eagles, Eagles! Nice people!

We enjoyed our stay. Would’ve liked more hooks for coats. Also a luggage rack. More comfortable chairs and tv in main room. We had to empty the dehumidifier twice.

Very cool place on the water. We fully enjoyed our stay. The hosts were extremely accommodating and the place was clean and comfy. Would highly recommend.
