We had to wait in the cold for over an hour after the scheduled check in time while they done repairs to the cabin. The fire place in the main floor (den) area was broken so we had no heat in that area. The thermostat was located in the lower most level of a 3 story cabin and the people who were in the lowest floor bed rooms were burning up at night while the people on the upper floor froze. We actually left a day early because of the sleeping conditions with the heat. We paid over $6000.00 for the stay and it was our worst vacation experience ever!

We enjoyed our stay with family .. the stairs were a bit steep narrow and difficult for our senior members. Nice view and close to gatlinburg roads a little scary but a nice stay.

This property was a vacation that a family could enjoy, and will always remember. My family loved sitting on the wrap around deck. The view was beautiful. We had a visit from a family consisting of a Mama Bear and her three young cubs. We were on the deck when they came to visit. The cubs played and climed a tree right in front of us. Then Mama got up and they went running to follow her. Nature is wonderful to watch. After the show we continued to look at the wonderful picture of the beautiful mountains. The cabin itself was very nice and roomy. Our familys enjoyed their rooms, and space. Thank you for the use of this cabin. We will revisit again!

The cabin itself was ok. There is not a king bed in the upper level or a pull out couch on the lower level and water pressure in showers is just above a trickle. We had water leaking from the dishwasher and the downstairs sink that we contacted the agency( timber tops) about several times only to have someone show up two days before we were leaving to try to address. The road to get there is winding and nerve wracking to most as there’s no shoulders and it just drops off to a deep ditch or a cliff .. the views are stunning from being up there. The top deck needs work and has quite a slant to it. There’s no yard space as advertised in photos. Bathroom on top level is not what it seems in the photo either. Appliances are dated. We bought the cabin a spatula so future renters would have it. Be sure to bring grilling tools bc there’s one set of small metal tongs.. that’s it. Oh, bring Tupperware or something to store larger items in as well. There’s only small ones. We had to use a pot with tin foil to store watermelon we bought and cut up. Bears will come by almost daily. For what you’re paying, you are likely to find better somewhere else. Cabin is up in the hills about 30 mins away from everything.

Deceitful and overpriced. Not at all like the pics online. Broken hot tub, furniture, gates, and dirty. Very disappointed.

We had a group of 12 and stayed here recently for 3 nights. This is a beautiful cabin with some great views of the mountains. The best thing about the cabin is the location. It’s 10-15 mins from Gatlinburg downtown. We faced few small issues but all of those can be fixed by the cabin management quickly like faulty fire alarm, broken patio door lock etc. The cleanliness can be improved. We found an empty coke bottle under the couch. It means the cabin was not thoroughly cleaned.

This house is awesome!! The game room has a pool table and an 80s style 2 person video game table with over 50 classic video games on it. The kids had a blast down there! The hot tub is huge and was very clean. The top level has a great little reading/sitting area for the kids to hang out and play games as well - complete with a teepee and oversized bean bag. The kitchen and living room are centrally located with plenty of couches, chairs, and seats for everyone to congregate in one area together (we had 8 adults and 5 kids). There was also a large flat screen TV in pretty much every room of the house. There were 2 negatives on an otherwise wonderful stay: The bottom level room with a king bed stays probably 10 degrees colder than the rest of the house and the gas logs were out of gas. All the bottom level king bed room needs is a small space heater to plug into the wall and it'll be perfect!
