Sierra Lake Vista | Pet Friendly, Hot Tub!

Sierra Lake Vista is a great vacation destination for a group of eight looking for fantastic views, ample outdoor deck space, a game room, and a variety of unique bedrooms. This home is located in Alto, just a few miles north of Ruidoso. All three stories have covered decks that look down over nearby Alto Lake, which offers fishing, boating, picnic tables, and a well-maintained trail along Eagle Creek. Hikers lucky enough to take this one-mile trail are rewarded with waterfalls, at the end!r>
Guests arriving at this property will enjoy covered parking for at least four vehicles. Heading up the few steps to the front door area, a covered sitting area greets visitors. The entryway immediately opens up into the open concept living area & dining room that spills over into the kitchen. The living room has wood flooring, plush seating in front of a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that lead to the upper deck, which offers outdoor seating and a gas grill.

Progressing through the well-lit living room under the vaulted ceilings, a long dining table has ample room for eight. The adjoining kitchen features modern appliances and a window over the sink offering that same magnificent view. A bedroom with a king-size bed is also on this top, ground level. This bedroom has a private vanity and shower, a flat-screen TV, a window with a view, a ceiling fan, and a spacious closet. A separate door passes through to a bathroom with a sink and toilet. This bathroom is also accessible from the living room.

Last but not least, the upper floor has a dedicated laundry room with a washer/dryer, shelving, and counter space.

Heading downstairs, guests will find another small living room with a couch, a flat-screen TV, and more sliding glass doors that access the middle deck. Two bedrooms on this level, featuring laminate flooring, share a split bathroom. One room features the toilet and sink, and the room directly across from it has another sink and a shower/tub combination. The bedroom on the west side has a king bed and a large, walk-in closet. The other bedroom has a queen-size bed, and both bedrooms feature ceiling fans, windows with views, closets, and flat-screen TVs.

The lowest floor is one giant game room featuring a air hockey table , a flat-screen TV, a beverage-sized refrigerator, and a full bathroom with a shower. Sliding glass doors lead to another covered deck overlooking Alto Lake.

Sierra Lake Vista lives up to its name, with spectacular views from all three levels. The property suits families and groups who aren’t averse to stairs. This home is located just north of Ruidoso and offers quick access to Ski Apache. Despite having neighbors on either side, the comfortable layout offers privacy among the tall pine trees.
