Stayed Aug 22, 2021The cabin was clean and spacious. My kids loved the downstairs room. Wish it was connected to the floor above but not a big deal for older kids. The resort was easy to get to from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Amenities in the resort were great and loved that it had trails to explore. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed May 19, 2021We liked our overall stay although a few extra steps could have been taken in the overall cleanliness of the pull out sofa, etc for the price of the stay. The neighbors are what really ruined our experience. Three nights of fireworks going off between 10pm-midnight that were so loud & continuous it really frightened our two small children & dog. Otherwise it was a very lovely place to stay.

Stayed Apr 4, 2021We had a great time at this cabin. It was close enough to the attractions that we wanted to visit but it also felt private and peaceful. The views were nice and the parking was good at our cabin. We had our dog with us so having the decks completely enclosed was ideal for us! Our teens enjoyed their own space downstairs!

Stayed Feb 19, 2021Nice property just outside of Pigeon Forge. It was good to get away with the family and pups and be a little bit away from the madness. We didn’t use many of the resort features but the cabin was nice if a little older. Deck was awesome and spacious Nice outside area for the pups. We did experience a problem with the heat but it was quickly fixed. Liked having bedrooms on separate floors from each other as well as their own baths.

Stayed Jul 23, 2018Everything was great during our stay at Shady Lady. Loved the large porch with the Mountain View. Tucked in where you felt like you were on a remote mountain, even though other cabins are around. One of the best places we’ve stayed in the last 39 years.

Stayed Nov 18, 2017Nice location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, beds were good. Upon arrival found used wash cloth in tub, shower head was loose and was spraying wall, cobwebs throughout cabin (had to kill multiple spiders in cabin) and dusty so not sure if was empty for some time before our arrival, air hockey did not work. Called following day and let them know about the issues encountered, was told they would clean tubs following day, nobody showed up to clean that we could tell. Have stayed multiple times in cabins but never had this occur at any other cabin over the years.
