Sevierville Cabin w/ Wraparound Deck + Lake Access

Very nice stay. No complaints

There was a mixup with another company so we booked this literally the day-of. The cabin is nice and there are some neat items (barrel game station). But the place was not clean when we came in (had hair in shower walls), tub was not clean, floors in kitchen were very dirty, dirt around the recliner. And to top it all off, shower head didn’t even have a pull tab. So when we showered, we literally had to turn on the tub faucet and scoop water onto ourselves because there was no way to turn on the shower head. Again, we are appreciative to Vacasa for letting us check in an hour early as my family and I were tired. But overall, I don’t think we could have stayed here longer than the 2 days we were there.

I would have loved to give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately, as others have mentioned the hot-tub was an issue, and the property did have electrical issues while we were there. Several outlets didn't work and when tech was out working on the breaker there was electrical arcing happening. Power remained disconnected and we never were able to use the needed outlets. There were some cleanliness issues as well, but I am very picky and so cobwebs, moths in drawers and some unclean utensils catch my eye. The property seems to have hard water and is likely some of the issue in the hot tub, but when we went to get in we found it unclean and large amounts of scum caked to the side walls. Defiantly more than a hard water issue! We called to get it cleaned and they came about 36 hours later. It was cleaner, but slightly grainy water issue remained and our swimsuits(on the deck chair) went missing. Property Manager claimed they blew away or we miss placed them. We combed the property and our belongings inside for two days and never found the suits. To this day it is hard to believe the property managers explanation. The property is almost completely surrounded by TALL trees on that deck side and somehow 3 suits blew away(on a slightly windy day) never to be seen again. We requested Ring footage and never heard back from anyone from Vasca. We would stay at this place again as it was in a good location, fairly clean and defiantly comfortable. Our kids loved the video games!

Everything was great and very clean, but the Hot Tub. There was film in it that was gritty and moveable and no Chlorine tabs were in the floater. water looked clear just felt yucky in the seating. The cabin itself was perfect! Beautiful,Clean,Warming loved the lights and the game station. Beds were Beautiful and comfortable! Not far from town at all and having a gas station near was really nice.

Cabin was cozy and pictures online were accurate. We really enjoyed the coziness and all the amenities this cabin has

Overall the cabin was nice. Checking was easy as was check out. We enjoyed it very much.

We had a great stay in this lovely cabin. From the wrap around porch and hot tub to the arcade games and nearby pool, it was perfect for our family of 4!

The decor and amenities were very nice. We would have loved to have a dresser on the main floor but enjoyed the cabin.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this breathtakingly beautiful cabin. It was equipped with all the necessities we needed and the check-in/check-out process was simple. The arcade game was a hit with everyone. We will definately be staying here again.
