Guest Guidelines

GENERAL

•Booker must be 21+
•Only listed guests may stay (unauthorized → $100/night)
•No parties/events (immediate cancellation, no refund)
•No drugs or smoking indoors ($200 cleaning fee)
•No food in bedrooms or on the couch
•Quiet hours: 9PM–8AM

CLEANING & CHECK-OUT

•Clean BBQ grill if used
•Return games/furniture to original place
•At check-out: leave used beds unmade, towels on bathroom floor, wash dishes, empty trash, turn off A/C & lights, close all doors

PETS

•Max 1 approved dog (•Unapproved pet → $300 penalty
•Must disclose breed & weight before arrival
•Crate when left alone, no pets on furniture/beds, clean all waste
•Excess hair, stains, or damage → extra cleaning charge
•Aggressive breeds prohibited
•No cats (allergy reasons)

OTHER

Early check-in / Late check-out available upon request ($50 fee) – unauthorized late check-out → $50/hr
