The home was cozy and peaceful. It had tons of games and outdoors activities for the little ones. We had a great stay.

We traveled to Yellville to visit family and celebrate our anniversary. The cottage was cute, clean and family friendly. My teen son and 21 year old daughter enjoyed the puzzles, ladder ball and ofcourse, their online access. We enjoyed the country road drives to and from the cottage. We would catch glimpses of wildlife, so beautiful!

My dad and I came down to kayak crooked creek. So the 2 br 1 bath was perfect for us. There would be plenty of room for more as well. As far as parking with my quad cab truck and a 14 ft trailer I wouldn’t want anything bigger and if you can’t back a trailer it’s not the property for you. If you’re just in cars there’s plenty of parking for 5 vehicles. Wrap around porch was beautiful but we were too tired from floating to really enjoy it along with rain all day the day we were at the property recovering. Great value with quick access to crooked creek and we are already planning another trip this fall when the colors change to float the creek again.

The property is beautiful. Close enough to towns to make quick grocery runs and adventure out with a secluded feel. Beautiful wooded trails for exploring.
