We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin! While the property is starting to show a bit of age, it’s very well maintained and in great shape overall. The grill is more like what you'd find at a campground or national park—basic, but it gets the job done.Even though there are several other cabins nearby, the dense foliage offers a lot of privacy. You don’t really see the neighbors, which made it feel peaceful and secluded. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals when we decided to stay in. The location is excellent—right between Townsend, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge—making it easy to explore outdoor adventures like ziplining, white water rafting, tubing, and hiking. If you're traveling with kids, Anakesta is a great spot. For adults only, though, we’d suggest skipping it—it’s probably not worth the time or money. We used the hot tub and sauna daily, and the pool table made for fun evenings. On our third day, we even saw a bear in the backyard, so definitely take the bear precautions seriously! One thing to note: despite the name Deja View, there really aren’t any views to speak of. You can barely glimpse the mountains through the trees. So if you're looking for stunning vistas, this isn’t the place. That said, if you want a comfortable home base with good amenities, privacy, and a great location at a fair price, this cabin is a solid choice. It was a great spot for relaxing an

This cabin was perfect for a weekend of downtime and relaxation. It's only 15 minutes from a ton of activities, if that is the reason for your visit. It was very easily accessible, but still tucked away in the woods. The cabin was very clean and cozy. The host was fantastic with communication, ensuring we had all the information we needed for our stay.

The Dejaview cabin was a great place to relax after a day of hiking or shopping. Close to all attractions, but nice and relaxing in the evenings.

Communication with the owner was excellent. He quickly replied anytime we had a question and really wanted us to have a nice visit with all the support and information we needed. The cabin is as pictured, nice and neat. We liked that individual items like dish soap, sponges, bath room toiletries were clearly new and sometimes individually wrapped. There were plenty of towels and the cleaners arranged them attractively. Again it was clear that they were fresh and clean. We used the indoor sauna and the outdoor hot tub, both were great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the host supplied some extra coffee pods. Everything was in working order. Probably because there are wooden floors, the guests in the bottom bedroom can hear the footsteps and some voices from the room above. Not a big deal for us, but noticeable. The host gave clear arrival instructions. The cabin is located on a forested hill and the last 1000 ft or so of the drive is a little intimidating the first time, but nothing that a regular car can't handle. It is a one lane curvy gravel drive, however we never encountered anyone going in the opposite direction and there are a few drives to pull in if necessary. We returned to the cabin each day before sunset so we didn't experience the gravel drive in the dark. Check out was easy, the host doesn't want the guest to do much. There was great communication at the end of the visit and I feel like the host wanted us to enjoy our visit.
