Serene Log Cabin Forest Retreat - 25 min from Indiana Dunes & Lake MI Beach!

Great little hideaway. Clean and beautiful. Nice fall foliage. The indoor fireplace was under maintenance so I didn't get to enjoy that but the outdoor firepit was great. Communication with the owner was very easy despite an AWS outage that caused some complications with check in. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this private cabin with our 4 kids. It felt very cozy and comfortable, plenty of amenities provided including a huge basket of throw blankets in the living room. We have 2 dogs that we did not bring on this trip but see it would have been easy to have them on our next stay. Thank you to our hosts for thinking of everything to make our stay a memorable one! Kids also loved apple picking right down the lane and the quaint market.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! It was exactly what we were looking for, quiet, isolated, and very spacious. Everything was clean and well cared for, which made it easy to settle in and relax. My husband and I came with our three dogs, and the roomy layout made it comfortable for all of us. One thing to note is that there is a railroad nearby. It didn’t bother us, but those who are light sleepers might notice the trains. Aside from that, the cabin was perfect, peaceful, well-kept, and a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful weekend with our family in this very spacious and comfortable cabin. The home is clean, welcoming, and has plenty of room to spread out. One thing we noticed is that the cabin is so large that some areas, like the upstairs loft, feel a little underutilized. Adding some extra seating or furnishings there could make the space even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a great stay and we’d be happy to come back!

Clean, comfortable place - photos are an accurate representation of what it’s like. Family-operated farm market within easy walking distance was a great surprise. We saw deer and turkeys on the property each morning. Would definitely choose this one again.

Beautiful spacious cabin that is secluded and woodsy but also conveniently close to shopping and dining and the Indiana Dunes.

This was perfect for the six f us with wide ranging ages.

Such a beautiful place! Quiet, super clean and modern. The host definitely wants us guests to be comfortable. The wildlife is worth the trip alone! Nights by the fire and stars galore. Would be great autumn trip!

This was a beautiful home in a quiet area. Completely isolated! Exactly what my husband and I needed! Would highly recommend Everything was amazing! Hope to come back for a visit!
