Stayed Jul 21, 2025This was a very enjoyable cabin. Took my son and his friends as a graduation trip, and they had a great time.Plenty of room, and an easy location to get to. Was a little concerned after reading some of the reviews about the driveway, but there was no problem with the driveway at all. Honestly, flattest driveway I’ve stayed at in the mountains so far.We went to a few lakes in the area, but the fishing was the best in the river next to the cabin. Be aware of the private property signs if you find yourself wading and fishing. Also, everything is catch and release only, but the thrill of the reel is a plenty.Would certainly recommend.

Stayed May 6, 2025Over all,the property was nice. We just didn't realize it was so remote. We wanted to do some fishing but a neighbor across the lake warned about snakes at the shore line. Hiking was planned but the weather didn't permit.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025This was our second stay at Serendipity. This time it was 6 adults. Er enjoyed it just as much this time as we did 3 years ago. Carrie communicates effectively & the place is mountainside perfection. Can’t wait for our third visit!

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Great outdoor space, wonderful yard by the creek . So many flowers to enjoy ..Cozy cabin . If you want to get way from it all, this is the place . We enjoyed the north Georgia mountains , the town of Dahlonega is down the mountain where we went for food and enjoyed one day there. So many waterfalls in the area to enjoy!

Stayed Jan 2, 2025We had a great stay! Loved the fireplace and fire pit outside. Kitchen was well equipped, which is important (not really any restaurants in area.)GREAT Toccoa River trout fishing in the backyard! Very close to public fishing access at Deep Hole campground and Cooper’s Creek.Driveway is a little steep for 2wd vehicles. Recommend you back down or use the back parking area to turn around in.
