To ensure a wonderful stay for everyone and protect our home, we strictly enforce the following policies. Please read carefully before booking:
Strict House Rules
No Pets: This property is strictly pet-free.
No Parties: No parties, events, or unregistered guests allowed at any time.
No Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the cabin, the suite, or on the covered deck areas.
No Fireworks: Fireworks are entirely prohibited on the premises.
✨ No Decor Violations: Glitter, confetti, paint, essential oils, and fragranced diffusers are banned indoors and outdoors. A deep-cleaning fee will apply if used.

Security & Tech Features
Exterior Cameras: For your safety and property security, exterior cameras monitor the driveways and entryways (recording both audio and video). They are not actively monitored during your stay.
Privacy Assured: There are absolutely no cameras inside the property or anywhere near the hot tub area.
Safety First: Equipped with a smart thermostat, fire extinguishers, fire blankets, smoke alarms, and carbon monoxide detectors.

Seasonal Amenities & Details
Indoor Fireplace: The indoor gas fireplace is seasonally available from October 1 to May 31.
Outdoor Fire Pit: The wood-burning outdoor fire pit is available for year-round enjoyment.

By booking, guests acknowledge that this property is located in a natural, forested setting.
Use of the outdoor areas, stairs, high railings, balconies, fire pits, and the hot tub is strictly at your own risk. Please supervise children closely at all times.
Nature is part of the experience! Insects (mosquitoes, chiggers, ticks), wildlife, reptiles, and native plants (poisonous plants/mushrooms) are common to the area. We highly recommend packing bug spray, staying on designated paths, and avoiding contact with unknown plants or wildlife. The homeowners accept no liability for natural hazards or insect/animal-related incidents.
