Stayed Sep 11, 2025Plenty of space for our family of seven, but parking is a problem foe mire than 3 vehicles. Driveway is very steep.

Stayed May 16, 2025Great location for Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and SMNP. It was the center of all activities! But with such fantastic space for family, it was hard to keep leaving!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024The property was very roomy and fit the needs of the 9 family members visiting. We had ages 6 months to 55 years old with 3 tween boys. They loved the pool table and video games and having a downstairs area they could stretch out while adults were upstairs. Small area out back to sit. The property didn’t really have a yard but it doesn’t claim to. Only mentioning because looking at the pictures it looked like it might have woods for walking around. One other thing to call out is this is not the typical VRBO. The amenities were not consistent with others. There were hotel size bars of soap in the bathroom, toilet paper, and towels. The kitchen had dish soap and detergent and pots and pans, dishes and cups. I am used to having foil, baggies, shampoo, salt/pepper, cooking oil, etc. I also bring some of those things. Just mentioning for others that may rent. Property was far enough away from all the busiest areas but still only 15 minutes away from PF and less than 30-45 to GB and Smokies. Enjoyed the stay!
