Stayed Jul 27, 2025We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Red Baron Lodge in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, and it was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the beauty and serenity of the property. Nestled among the trees, the lodge offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and rustic charm—making it the ideal getaway spot. We love it so much, we have been back to the Red Baron several times!! The cabin itself was beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout. The spacious layout, high ceilings, and cozy furnishings made us feel right at home. Every detail—from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and modern amenities—was carefully considered to ensure a relaxing stay. One of our favorite parts was the outdoor area. Whether we were enjoying coffee on the deck in the morning, soaking in the hot tub under the stars, or gathering around the fire pit at night, the natural surroundings amongst the Ouachita Mountains made everything feel peaceful and private. We also appreciated how close the lodge was to all the local attractions—Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the charming shops and restaurants in Hochatown. Yet, when we were back at the cabin, it felt like we were in our own private retreat. Overall, Red Baron Lodge exceeded our expectations. It’s the kind of place you’ll want to return to again and again. Whether you’re planning a family trip, a romantic weekend, or a group getaway, this is a five-star destination in the heart of Oklahoma nature. Highly recommended! If you have to ability to go in the fall or at Christmas, it is also beautifully decorated for each season! Like straight out of a Hallmark movie! Thank you, Red Baron Lodge, for years of family memories and many more to come! Love, The Johnson Family

Stayed Jul 6, 2025We were lucky enough to celebrate a special 13th birthday in this most amazing cabin in Broken Bow! Tucked away in nature, this place was pure peace — no traffic noise, just trees, fresh air, and total quiet. It felt like a luxury hotel with all the cozy comforts of home. Beautiful, relaxing, and perfectly designed for a memorable getaway. If you’re heading to Broken Bow, I highly recommend checking out The Red Baron … it’s a total gem!

Stayed Nov 1, 2024My family has been visiting Broken Bow for many years, and we’ve stayed at several different cabins. Three years ago we had our first stay at Red Baron Lodge, and it quickly became our favorite place in BB. We love the location, and how it’s nicely tucked away toward the back of a cul de sac. The house itself is perfection, with a gorgeous layout and room for everyone! There is plenty to do in the neighborhood and towards town, but we’ve found we quite enjoy staying close and soaking up the peaceful retreat of Red Baron Lodge. Our boys will explore some, but I much prefer sitting on the patio with a cup of coffee and a good book, while sounds of nature play softly in the background. At night, we love sitting in the hot tub and looking at the stars, then getting to crawl into a cozy bed while the kids head upstairs to the bunk or game room. I cannot recommend this cabin enough, and we can’t wait to be back for more memories soon!

Stayed May 25, 2024The home is beautiful and clean and spacious enough for two families of 4 plus 3 grandparents. We had a wonderful time together. The kitchen was fantastic and lots of time was spent together cooking meals and enjoying the fam. You are much more remote in this home than described. They do a good job providing extra instructions on getting there but make sure you have a decent vehicle because it is gravel and steep and in the middle of nowhere. The wifi was good but we had no phone signal while at the property. We had to go to town to get it. This isn't the biggest deal if you prepared for it, but we were not and we run our own business. Lastly, we lost power for 15 hours and there was zero communication from anyone on what was going on. This house is in a well system and without power you also don't have water. This was a big deal for us as we had elderly and children with us. This is not the fault of the owners/management but the lack of communication was frustrating. I would still give this house a 10/10 for everything mentioned, except all my good thoughts and memories were dashed a couple weeks after coming home and I was charged $554 for damage. I got an email the same day as the charge telling me that I was being charged for having a pet in the home and that the pet had damaged

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The people who help run the resort were very accommodating and took our concerns seriously. They did help to make what started out as a rough vacation, a very memorable one for our family of fifteen. The Red Baron Lodge doesn't allow you to drive up close to the door to unload luggage, groceries, ice chests etc. We did have several other issues that were addressed on the morning after our first night. We were moved to the Sunshine Lodge which was extremely nice! Then, we were moved to Three Creeks Lodge which was even nicer! The pool area at Three Creeks was perfect for our grandchildren to enjoy. We recommend either of these two lodges (Sunshine or Three Creeks) for upcoming family vacations. Ginger, Michelle, the nice young man that helped us move, and the bartender at the Pine Lake pool area all worked to ensure we left happy and full of good memories.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved our stay at the Red Baron Lodge in the Pine Lake Resort. Every detail in the home was thought of! The cabin was stocked, spacious and sparkling clean and the beds and linens were top notch! We enjoyed our time on the patio, made s’mores in the fire pit, and relaxed in the hot tub every evening. We even saw lightning bugs:) The location is perfect to get to all the shops and eateries or to enjoy the Beavers Bend State Park. We fished at the resorts ponds (caught some blue gill and catfish) and we swam in the resort pool. Such a great place to get away and enjoy your family and the beautiful surroundings! Highly recommend!
