There was a strange beeping noise that started on our last night in the cabin. It went off every 20 minutes or so and made it difficult to sleep on our final night. The ceiling fan in the living room was also disconnected from the ceiling when we arrived and seemed to be a hazard. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! The cabin is in a great secluded location and we enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit.
Our family had a great experience while at the cabin. The space was clean and in a great location. The kids enjoyed the games and the woods surrounding the cabin. We loved the cozy porch swing! Our only issue was with the play set that was part of the online listing. One of our reasons for choosing this cabin was the pictures of the outdoor platforms for the kids. When we arrived they were not as in good of shape as the pictures showed and there was a large pile of rusty nails/screws under a layer of leaves. No one was hurt and overall the kids thoroughly enjoyed running around the woods and exploring. We visited several of the nearby walking trails and drove through Helen. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. We would definitely stay again!
We stayed here for Thanksgiving since it was very close to my brothers house. We had our lunch at his house and came back to cozy bear to sleep. The house for so cute and cozy. It is small but suited our needs. The porch is very spacious with plenty of seating. Upstairs bath is very small but nice to have a 2nd bathroom.
I enjoyed our stay. It was nice and cozy.
We enjoyed the house! The shower/bathroom upstairs is a very tight fit. But overall, a great place!
The seclusion was great. The location was good for us going to Helen and Cleveland.
My husband an 3 children (6, 5, & 2 years old) spent the weekend here. The moment we pulled up to the cabin our kids did not stop smiling until it was time to leave for home. Super family friendly! We had brought board games to play but they had a chest already with games and toys for the kids. The firepit was perfect for roasting marshmallow and hotdogs! (Just be sure to bring firewood.) We will definitely rent this cabin again in the future!
Cabin was extremely nice everything about it was nice only thing we did run out of toilet paper in downstairs bathroom. But not a big deal enough of towels for us all to use it was very nice and quite. Built a fire outside in pit very relaxing. Forgot to leave a note in the Journal.
The cabin was gorgeous
Beautiful property just think if I had driven a car I would have had to walk from the street. Washouts in driveway need to be graded and safer entry added. Had a good time.
