Secluded! Private! Come to LAZY BEAR to get away from it all! Large Hot Tub!

If you are looking for seclusion, views, and a convenient location, Lazy Bear is the cabin for you!! The cabin has been newly updated and has large hot tub that sits on a totally private covered deck with mountain views, a relaxing swing and no one in sight!!

You will enjoy the woodland creatures decor throughout the cabin, bears, raccoons, wolves, moose, owls and more!!

As you drive to the cabin, you will see the breath-taking views of the rolling Little Pigeon River! Thisbeautifully decorated cabin is located between Gatlinburg (15 minutes) Pigeon Forge (15 minutes) and only 10 minutes to the grocery store, restaurants, the popular Arts and Crafts Center and awesome scenic trails.

The roads and driveway are all paved with easy access and a paved driveway with parking for up to four vehicles. This is a biker friendly area!!

As you approach the cabin, you will see that Lazy Bear is tucked down away from the sight of the few cabins that are on the road and is on and acre and a half of wooded beauty.

When you walk in the front door, you will see the regulation size pool table and to the left is the half bath and laundry area.

Then, you will walk into the kitchen area with all appliances, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, plenty of dishes and utensils. We have provided a great kitchen island / table and two stools for extra seating. Plus, there is a dining table with four more chairs. You will see beautiful views from the awesome large window and you will love the cathedral ceilings! This cabin is very open an airy and filled with sunlight!

Then you can stroll out to the deck, which is our favorite place to hang out at the cabin. Enjoy a soak in the large hot tub, or relax on the swing, and remember, the deck is covered so you cannot see anyone. We even decorated the deck! It is adorable. We added a picnic table for outside dining.

As you return inside the cabin, you will see the loft area and the beautiful hand carved wood bears, raccoons, owls and deer. The living room is to the right.

Then, you can go on up to tree house-like the master suite. It is truly romantic with peaceful views throughout the room and of course, you can soak your cares away in the heart shaped Jacuzzi tub. The King size log bed is roomy and very comfortable. There is a full bath upstairs with a full size bathtub/shower.

As you go back downstairs, you will find a queen size sleeper sofa for additional sleeping for two people.

We have provided a charcoal grill for your enjoyment.

There is also a half bath with full sized washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

There are two flat screen TV's, one in the bedroom and one above the gas fireplace. Direct TV, DVD player in the living room with a great selection of DVDs to watch. We will continue to make improvements to Lazy Bear. Satellite internet is provided, it will not provide streaming content. As of 11/11/24 we added Spectrum Fiber, so your able to stream televisioin.

There are so many fun things to do in the area! There are attractions galore here. We always leave coupons for our guests to use while they are there. There are some wonderful restaurant choices. I don't know why, but the food is so much better there than at home. The shopping is great too and there are so many tourist attractions and theme parks, horseback riding, skiing, hiking, kayaking, golf and again the beauty of the area. I could go on and on telling you why you should stay at Lazy Bear Cabin but they only allow me so many words! :)
